Clean trailer home with lots of room for 6 women to sleep, shower and cook. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching for the owls. We spent our days kayaking on some part of the nearby Santa Fe or tubing. The private park was a plus for an evening dip. Our host Jeremy went out of his way for us. Don't rent the motor boat unless you have a very strong understanding of boats.

Nice place to stay. It was clean, had all the comforts of a home away from home. Wonderful views of the Santa Fe River, close to Ichetucknee, & O'Leno state parks. We enjoyed our stay at this house.

My Manatee House experience
We enjoyed our stay at the Manatee House so much! The fact that it has a full size private bath for each bedroom is a plus. It was very clean on arrival, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We took the kayak trip down river and floated back to the house. The scenery was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Jeremy was kind enough to drive us to the drop off point. The deck and fire pit were amazing. He also clued us in on a great local restaurant that serves both breakfast and lunch, and it's only minutes away. The house is in a very quite, secluded area with no road noise. Thanks Jeremy! My family visiting from Kentucky loved your house and want to return when back in Florida!!! Jeremy was also very quick to refund our deposit and required no cleaning fee. Regards, Lisa Littrell

Near Ginnie Springs. Quaint 3 bedroom 3 full bath home with huge 20 x 24 Elevated porch to view the Santa Fe River additional 10 x 12 screened in porch and cypress trees abound with a large grassy yard. Come relax in this quiet, yet action packed environment. OFFERS ON-SITE- Pontoon Boat (captained) kayaks, small motor boat 6 HP, fishing and tubing down the clear blue waters of the spring fed rivers. Transportation and VERY low cost for kayaking/tubing/boating available upon request. FishingY Full of bass, mullet, cat fish and other native species.
Property boasts the largest water front in area, over 100 ft wide and a floating dock for boats and swimming. Snorkel or scuba through the underwater canyons of lime stone and other natural features. The Manatee House is newly remodeled in late 2015, completely new bedding and furniture and offers internet and phone free. Has 55 inch LED screens New TVs in each room and a fire place. Wood and tile floors and a huge rock driveway with covered parking for two cars.. Each room has a private bath with shower and TV and closets. Local state and private parks offer unique swimming areas the "blue hole" and tubing as well. However there are many springs and natural features right on the river here to enjoy. Boating, pontoon boats, personal floats and kayaks are a favorite and ARE available upon request at site/house. Campfire pit with FREE firewood and seating (three huge logs in a semi circle) on premises too. Get your marshmallows ready...
2 kayaks and the use of small motor boat is added (see fees) to rental agreement. THIS is not required ..just a convenience for parties as they will be made available at site. Rentals are NOT required and can be removed upon request.
