The place was awesome. My kids loved. We had a great time. Beautiful cabin and house. Kids loved the fishing and the boat. Saw lots of deer. We are ready to go back. The neighbors were very pleasant. We rafted down the itchytuckkee river and had a blast.

Beautiful, cozy and very well maintained.
My family and I had a great stay. It is relatively close to the Springs and very well maintained. The house is very spacious and cozy. I will recomended for families with kids and young adults.

Relaxing area to enjoy the "real Florida"!
We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the area's rivers. We loved being able to hear the sounds of nature and very little traffic or airplane noise. It was a restful and fun week. Great restaurants and unique shops in High Springs nearby. The house is very comfortable and will keep returning to this unspoiled area of Florida.

Relax and unwind!
Enjoyed our stay at Owl's Nest! Would have liked to have stayed longer, if just to sit and watch the river from the upper deck. Great spot for nature lovers and water lovers alike. Kayakers, this is for you! Not a great swim area, but the water level was low while I was there. The home was very comfortable and spacious with most anything you needed for your getaway. Newly remodeled modern home is elevated 20 feet for a fantastic view of the Santa Fe River. Large 12 x 30 wrap around porch for enjoying the outside in covered or non covered areas. I paved driveway and wooded area in front for play, privacy or just enjoying the nature. Expansive lawn along the river with its banks lined with large oaks, maples and cypress trees. A two level dock /deck to access waters and boats/kayaks. Property fenced so bring your pets! Just walk down to the river banks or use the boat ramp and enjoy tubing, kayaking, pontoon boat or fishing boat..we have it all. RENTAL ITEMS- No deposits, no contacts, no transporting or loading..for a very low fee.
Interior of home is modern..marble counter tops, in kitchen and bathrooms, various wood floor designs, 60' LED TV with Pandora, Hulu , Netflix and hundreds of other APPS. Local HD channels for Sports. Two large couches and seating areas. Each room 16 X14 has TWO BRAND NEW queen size beds and comforters/sheets/pillows. FLAT SCREENS in each room. Internet with 24 mb for multiple devices simultaneously. All items just purchased in DEC 2016. See rate for additional persons overnight 6 or more is $30 additional per night and rental items and pet fees $50 per pet for the stay. Request an accurate quote by pre-booking WE DO NOT CHARGE a cleaning fee.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your party, removal of trash and foods upon check out, washing of towels used. Dishes cleaned and returned to cabinet. We will wash the linens and bedding's. Of course we will sterilize and mop the house for the next tenant, but please help us keep cost low by returning home as you found it, to the best of your ability.
