This unit is probably the best we have ever stayed in. It was very nicely decorated and clean. It was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The only complaint I had was that I expected paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper to be stocked. We ended up finding a dollar tree and getting those items for a couple of bucks so no problems. (if there were a family of 8 or 2 families in the large unit though, they would have gone through what was there in one day.) this time of year was not a good one for us as we usually come down in June. We were unable to do so due to work conflicts. We will definitely be using this unit in the future when we come back. We always stay at Pelican Isle and have stayed in 6 different units here, this one being the best. I highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking about coming down. The beach is quieter than the other end on the island and especially in Destin. We LOVED our stay.

A great condo to spend an amazing vacation!
We had an awesome experience at Pelican Isle 501! The views were spectacular, we had plenty of room for our family, and we had everything that we needed. The condo was decorated beautifully and was a great place to relax . It was so convenient to the beach and any where that we wanted to go. Everyone was so friendly and made our stay terrific! Thank you to the owners Norman and Holly for sharing their condo with us.

Relaxing views
This corner condo had 2 balconys to enjoy the view of the gulf and we could even see the bay! Holly was very accommodating for our every need! There was plenty of room for my family if 4 and my parents here! Since it rained the entire time we were there, we definitely had time to enjoy the space! Beautifully decorated, however, parents of very active toddlers beware there is a lot of breakable decor. We had to watch our 3 year old closely. Other than that, perfect condo with perfect beach views leading to a perfect vacation!

One of our Favorites
My wife and I came to this room a few years ago with another couple, and returned this year with our family of five. A twelve-year-old, a ten-year-old, and a two-year-old baby. We love the unit because it is so big and easily could sleep 8 to 10 very easily. We plan on coming back soon! Holly and Norman are top-of-the-line owners and I highly recommend this unit to anyone that wanting to come to Florida. THE COLEMAN FAMILY

Our rental unit is located in Ft Walton Beach on Okaloosa Island in a new luxury condominium building. Three-hundred feet of picturesque, Gulf-front views of the beach and the clear, blue waters of the Emerald Coast are the finest in the area. Just four miles from the popular vacation spot, Destin, Florida, yet very close to restaurants, shopping, and all water activities - without the traffic.The unit is the largest floor plan in Pelican Isle in Ft Walton Beach on Okaloosa Island and is an end unit with lots of light and a view from each room. This unit is not over the pool and high enough to enjoy the quiet, panoramic views of the white-sand beach and emerald green water.The living room has two sliding glass door that open to a wraparound deck.Master bedroom has king-size bed with a balcony with a Gulf view and private bathroom. Second bedroom has queen bed with a balcony with a gulf view and private bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV with VCR/DVD players. The unit has washer and dryer, and full kitchen give couples or families luxurious, comfortable accommodations. King-size bed in the master bedroom, bunks in the hallway, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room will sleep up to eight in your party.Shuttle service around Ft Walton Beach/Okaloosa Island and to Destin is provided by the Okaloosa County Transit. The mini-bus runs Monday-Friday from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM and Saturday's from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday service is available through early September. Stops are made at restaurants, shopping, beach locations and the new Emerald Coast Convention Center.Ft Walton Beach/Okaloosa Island has great restaurants - Old Bay Steamer, The Summerhouse, Pandora's, Fudpuckers, Anglers, Pranzos and more.
