The view from this unit Ian absolutely breathtaking. The noise from the pool was basically nonexistent on the balcony. We went during low tourist season so the beach was fairly empty and was perfect for relaxing. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was perfect and the water stayed hot long enough for all 5 of us who went to shower. The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants and a short drive away from Destin. Would definitely return to this condo again.

Wonderful week
My family and I had the most amazing time, the beach was incredible, the kids enjoyed the pools and the beach. This condo is very comfortable and the floor plan works so well for two large families. There are televisions in every bedroom and internet access. The location, just steps to the beach, was perfect. The condo is tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. There are several restaurants close by. It was a pleasure to deal with the very helpful owner.

This condo was perfect. We vacationed with our 2 teenage boys, adult daughter and her husband and their one year old, and the condo was the perfect size. This is a corner unit so it's one of the largest units with an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows with direct ocean views. It's also at the end of the building so no pool noise, and it was very quiet - and the elevator and steps were just a few steps away from our door. The furniture was in good taste, everything was in good working order and the condo was very clean. Great flat screen TVs, kitchen appliances/washer and dryer worked well and the freezer had a large ice maker produced lots of ice quickly. We had plenty of pots and pans/cooking utensils, etc. We asked for additional sheets for the sofa sleeper and also had a clogged sink and the management company took care of these issues immediately. The large pool offered a nice alternative to the beach and there were more than enough lounges. Only negative was a cracked lamp in the living room - most probably not yet noticed by the owner. We would definitely come back and rent this property. You will not be disappointed!

Thank you Carter for providing such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! The accommodations were excellent! You provided everything and more to make our lives easy. The view of the gulf is excellent. The girls got to see dolphins from our window and we collected a great variety of seashells. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This condos has been totally remodeled and is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home and sleeps up to 10 people. We have a full wall of windows that provide a great view of the beach and gulf from the kitchen, family room and dining room.
This is the larger condo at Waters Edge with 3 BEDROOMS and 3 FULL BATHROOMS and our patio that is double the size of the other condo units at Waters Edge. The 3rd bath is great for larger families.
Flat screen tv in each room. TWO USB ports in the dining room ready for you to plug into.
The master bedroom has a KING bed and is spacious with a private bathroom, garden tub and seperate shower.
Second bedroom- Queen bed with private bathroom
The third bedroom has FULL bed & FULL trundle and shares the hall bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is great for a larger family.
In the family room, we have a QUEEN sleeper sofa.
The two beachside pools provide a perfect place to cool down and the barbecue grills are ideal for a family cookout overlooking the gulf. Wireless internet access helps to keep you up to date on business and the fitness room is available at your convenience.
The condo has a great open floor plan and spacious condo. It is a SECOND floor unit with stairs and an elevator right outside the unit for easy access to the beach. We have two huge gulf side pools, an exercise room, game room/vending, covered parking, beach service (seasonal) and the white sandy beach. We are just minutes away from many restaurants and shopping centers.
