The 2nd floor walk-up condo has an ocean peek and WiFi. There is a Tiki Bar and restaurant a short walk away. Sorry, but renters are not allowed to have pets.
The Master Bedroom includes a queen size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. Stretch out and relax in the living room, which features a flat screen TV, secure WiFi, DVD player, full sleeper sofa, and ceiling fan. The living room overlooks the Ocean Village Tennis Courts and offers a peek of the dunes at the ocean.
The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and is fully equipped for meals in and snacks for the beach. The dining area is open to the kitchen and living room. Your full-size, in-unit, washer and dryer are also available.
When you want to explore what Ocean Village has to offer, you are just steps from the Beach Club Pool (including Tiki Bar) with the Atlantic Ocean steps beyond there! Ocean village amenities include a 9-hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, Bocce, 24-hour guarded Gated Community, Exercise Room and Fitness Classes. Activities are endless, including Art, Bridge, Euchre, Knitting, Mahjong, Pickleball, Water Aerobics, Yoga & Pilates and so much more!
The Beach Club Pool (nearest pool to the unit) also hosts the fitness center, card room, library and Recreation office (for reservations and equipment rental). Additional pools throughout the complex offer BBQ and picnic areas.
The renovated, executive par 3-9 Golf Course has stunning lakes and fountains throughout its nine holes and winds throughout Ocean Village. Only $4/nine holes reservation fee and clubs can be rented for $5/set
There are 10 Tennis Courts at Ocean Village, 4 which are hydro-court subsurface clay courts, some of which have night lighting for evening play. Fees are $4 for 90-minutes and rackets can be rented for $2 (tennis balls also available for sale). Professional instruction, leagues and tournaments are available.
