The community boasts an adult pool, just around the corner from the unit, and a family pool by the clubhouse. Both areas have new pool chairs and tables, a sauna, hot tub and an on your honor book library. Also there are two tennis courts that were recently upgraded and a paved walk path that circles the community lake. The lake has a fish pier that is fed by nearby Lakes Regional Park so the fishing is great!
This is a first floor unit with a lanai that overlooks a large back yard that borders a golf course so it is very quiet and secluded. The kitchen has an eat up bar and the great room has a small dining area, full size pull out sofa, love seat, and a leather arm chair with matching foot stool. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the guest room has an IKEA combination day bed-trundle bed that pulls out to sleep 2. The unit is air conditioned, has a new 52 inch flat screen tv in the great room and a 30 inch flat screen in the spare bedroom. Cable Tv is included and WIFI is provided October thru April. (This is negotiable off season.) Other amenities include brand new washer/dryer units, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, linens, towels, iron, blow dryer and all the comforts of home!
The Club is conveniently located near white sandy beaches, numerous golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants, churches, both spring training baseball complexes, and Southwest Florida International airport is only 12 miles away. Lakes Park is located within walking distance and is home to a large, busy Farmers Market every Friday (October thru April), numerous bike, nature and all purpose trails, kayak and canoe rentals and a children's area. Just blocks away is the Barbara Mann Theater, an entertainment center offering a large variety of concerts, musicals and events.
I have beach chairs, coolers, fishing poles, tennis rackets and a bicycle available for your use. Come share my little piece of paradise!

The property is a mere 12 miles to Sanibel Island, home to some of the best shelling in the world and also The JN Ding Darling Wildlife refuge, a beautiful paradise for birdwatching and photography. The extra 10 minute ride onto Captiva Island will bring you to beautiful views and beaches, a scenic drive along luxurious beach homes leading to town. Stop by The Bubble Room, a whimsical place to grab a bite, if you can get past the dessert counter! The months of December and January provide a great opportunity to see numerous manatee at the Lee County Manatee Park. The hub bub and fun of Ft. Myers beach is a mere 8 miles away and there is never a dull moment there! Historical Ft Myers is lovely to explore along the River District and a visit to the Edison and Ford Winter estates is a must see. A visit to Ft Myers is never complete without a trip to the Flea Masters flea market. If you love to kayak, I recommend you head to Ft Myers Beach and book with Crazy Woman's Kayak but there are numerous options everywhere.
