Great location! Great property!
This property could not have worked out better for our family. We booked the house and the cabin. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and do their own thing, yet close enough to get to the beach quickly. We enjoyed the fire-pit near the cabin at night as well as the pool. The only issue was the pool was a little dirty, but it didn't stop us from using it all weekend long. Everyone has already been asking if we are going back next year and stay at the same place. We are a large loud group and the big property really helped from bothering other houses or families. Willy was absolutely awesome and I can't wait to come back!!

Very nice and quiet
We loved being close to the beach but not surrounded by strangers. The house was spacious and well stocked with towels, silverware, pool toys, etc. If you are interested in visiting Sanibel this would be a great house for you! Yard was filled with coconut trees, cacti, and other unusual flowers and plants. We utilized both the pool and the charcoal grill. The guest house was quaint and clean. Owner, Willy, was most helpful and accommodating. Refunded deposit promptly. We agreed that we would stay here again! Thank you for providing us a home away from home for our family vacation! :)

No-brainer !!!!
If you want a centrally located, fairly priced Fort Myers rental, this is the place. It was so easy dealing with Willie. He quickly responded to questions and was eager to see that my group was settled. We used both the main house and the cabin. Clean, simple, comfortable. Could not have been simpler. I am a frequent VRBO'er and this was a fair, easy, and convenient transaction.

The Main House is a Spacious 3-Bed / 2-Bath home with a 2-Car Garage, a Heated Pool, and a Private Lake. The house is situated on a private 5.5 Acre Lot with lush gardens and countless palm trees. Bring your large Boat or RV too because there is ample space to to park them, there is even a designated RV sewer connection. This vacation rental is perfect for family reunions, a retreat, or to just disconnect, yet still conveniently close to everything. Enjoy lounging by the heated pool, sit around the outdoor fire pit, walk around your very own private lake or take a very short drive to the beach.
The Main House comfortably Sleeps (7) Guests and as an added bonus there is also a historical cottage on the property that will accommodate another (7) Guests. The cottage was built in the early 1900's and looks like a doll house from the outside, its full of character and always a favorite among our guests. Please inquire on how to book the cottage separately. (See included pics). The advertised price is only for the Main House. The price for the cottage will be an additional $150.00 per day. There will be a discount for booking both properties at time of booking. Using the Main House and Cottage combined you can accommodate up to 14 guests!
These (2) beautiful homes have everything that you need and then some!!! They come fully furnished and beautifully decorated. They also has all of the cookware, flatware, dinnerware, utensils, and misc items that you would expect in your own home.
The Caloosahatchee River is just (8) blocks away and offers ocean access. Several Marinas are nearby.
Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island) is just (4) miles away. There you will find the most amazing beach with miles of sugary white sand, numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops right on the sand. It is also very common to see dolphins swimming along the shoreline.
Shell Point Golf Club is just (2.9) miles away. There are also many great outlet shops, antique shops, great restaurants, marinas, fishing charters, and malls within a few miles of the property. If you want to venture out a bit further... Captiva Island is just a 30 minute drive away and Sanibel Island is a 20 minute drive away.
