We stayed in this Condo from Jan. 1 - March 31. It is a comfortable unit and has a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped. (It even has a Keurig coffee maker which we loved.) We especially liked the gym and kept up on our walking schedule in air conditioned comfort. We enjoyed watching movies a few times in the threater downstairs. The Condo is beautifully decorated. Lots of thick, fluffy towels, including beach towels, were appreciated. The pool area is beautiful and has a great view of the Caloosahatchee River. We loved the free trolley that picks you up right out front and takes you right downtown Fort Myers. It runs every 15 minutes or so and sure beats finding a parking place. Downtown always has something going on, especially on the weekends. Our favorite place for breakfast is the Oasis and our favorite lunch or dinner place is Cabo. We also loved the French Connection and the Lodge. The owners are very nice and only a phone call away if you have any questions.

This Condo Was Nothing Less Than 5 Stars
My husband and I rented this Beau Rivage condo for the summer of 2015. We travel extensively and this condo is one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. This property is very upscale with all the amenities you would ever need, including concierge, pool, exercise room, computer room and parking garage. The dolphins swim right along the walkway next to the pool on most days. There are restaurants nearby and we especially loved; The French Connection and The Verandah. The interior of this condo is professionally decorated with exquisite taste. The view from the 16th floor balcony of the Caloosahatchee River is one of the best in Fort Myers. This three bedroom two bath condo will accommodate and please anyone who stays here. The owners, Richard & Susan, made our time in Fort Myers even better as they were the perfect hosts, making themselves available for any questions and help that we needed. We are planning a return visit very soon
