With two sitting areas and the enclosed pool area, there is ample room for entertaining, swimming, sunning, and dining out. Enjoy comfortable, vacation living in this pool home. This home features a Great room, with raised ceilings, and pocket sliding glass doors, which open onto a lanai and pool. The large Master bedroom suite also opens to the pool area, and has a cozy pillow-topped King-size bed. The lanai as just been rescreened and the pool resurfaced. A child safety fence has been added around the pool. There is central a/c and heat. All rooms, as well as the lanai, have ceiling fans. Backyard is fenced with a doggie door which leads from the lanai to the backyard. Bamboo flooring in all three bedrooms with tile in the kitchen and baths. The rest of the house is carpeted. Yard has recent updated landscaping. This vacation home sleeps 6 people comfortably and there is no need to bring anything! You’ll find everything you need already there, from the bed linens to the cookware, and even a gas grill; just grab favorite groceries from a number of grocery stores just minutes away and relax in peace. The house is not one of the newer ones. It is about 20 yrs. old so please don't expect a newer bright and shiny house. This is a comfortable lived-in home. There are new bamboo floors in the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new double sink vanity and new walk-in shower. Guest bathroom also has a new vanity and sink. The kitchen have new cabinets, counter tops and tile floor installed. A new 32" flat screen TV in the family room and newer dishwasher, refrigerator and convection/microwave add to your comfort. Oh and the back yard is completely fenced in so bring Fido along and truly make it a family vacation! There is a rental contract to be signed.
Beaches, boating and fishing: Cape Coral city beach and marina is a short distance away. It will take about 10-15 mins. to get there. Great beach with dock for fishing from. Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers beach are close by for deep sea fishing excursions.
This vacation home is only minutes from outlet malls, fishing, beaches, golf courses and beautiful nature preserves. Also this home is only minutes away from the Spring Training homes of both the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins. Also close by are the Edison/Ford homes. If relaxation is what you seek drift away in your own private pool and enclosed lanai. The pool has just been resurfaced and a child safety fence has been installed. There is a new tile top table which sits six on the lanai with faux wicker seating to relax at. This house is perfect for the family getaway or the newlyweds! Quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently located to the beach and many shops; or even a day trip to Miami!
No smoking. If you move furniture, please put them back where they were originally (taking a picture with your cellphone will help you with this). You break, ruin or destroy anything accidently, you are required to replace it as a courtesy for future renters. Some items can be purchased at Dollar Store not far from the house. There is also a Target, Lowe's and Homepot nearby. If anything goes wrong with appliances, plumbing, etc., please call so I can arrange to have it repaired or replaced (unless it breaks from misuse then decision as to will pay will be discussed) so you're stay is enjoyable. This also applies to pets - anything chewed or scratched (furniture, screens, etc.) will be the owners responsibility to fix and/or replace.
