We stayed at the River Hall condo for 2 1/2 months and greatly enjoyed our stay, though the weather did not always cooperate for a perfect stay. The condo is spacious and generally well appointed and Kevin tells us that he plans to make it even better in the future. If you like golf, this is a perfect place. The course is five minutes away driving and quite often I would walk, carrying my golf bag. You get golf privileges which means unlimited golf for a $20 cart fee of no charge if you walk and carry your bag. The practice facilities are great. Unlimited balls on a very nice driving range, a chipping green with supplied balls, a practice sand trap, and a three hole par 3 course where you can walk on anytime and practice your short game. We had very good relations with the property owner and he was very responsive to the requests that we had. Alva is a little out of the way but there are two grocery stores within 10 minutes and a number of good dining options. Fort Myers is a 20 minute drive with great dining, fascinating places to visit (e.g., the Edison-Ford estate), and if you like baseball at all the Red Sox training facility at Jet Blue Stadium is a must visit. All in all, a great place to get away from wherever you are getting away from.

Gem of a place
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well appointed property. The neighborhood was quite and relaxing with easy reach to many of the surrounding attractions and amenities, 45 minutes to the beach and less than 30 minutes to shopping, grocery and pharmacy. As golfers we enjoyed every aspect of the beautiful course with its generous fairways and accommodating tee times. Great for any level of your game or anyone who wants to play golf. We would definitely recommend this home.
