Rental insurance is available in lieu of 1200.00 security deposit! All things negotiable until signed contract and payment is verified. Additional guest will cancel prior agreement and rates. Cancellation 60 days prior are entitled to a refund minus 100.00 admin fee. Cancellation 60 days or less will be charged @ 10% of rental .Additional guest ok with approval. Guest may be added upon request, pets or smoking in unit will warrant lease invalid , guest will be asked to leave property and could result in forfeiture of all funds .Cancellation Insurance may be added as well.
On long range bookings 50% at booking, 25 % 60 days after initial installment , balance due 120 days after initial payment. On mid range booking 50 % at booking bal. due 30 days after . On close range bookings less than 60 days 100 percent at booking. 59.00 Insur. policy may be used in lieu of 1200.00 sec. deposit. and 200.00 cleaning fee.Cash,Ck,CC @3.50% processing cost.
