We rented this comfortable condo with another couple for two weeks. We found the unit well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the patio and used the outdoor gas grill several times during our stay. The property is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.

THEY THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING!!
From the moment we walked in we felt at home. the owners attention to detail is amazing. You have everything you need to have a comfortable holiday. We enjoyed walks around the complex and our grandson enjoyed his daily swim. We found a nearby beach less than 10 minutes from the condo which was enjoyed by the whole family. Grocery stores are nearby as well as restaurants. We would recommend this condo to friends and family. Wonderful time!

Roomy and comfortable!
3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome with private fenced courtyard, just 6 miles from the Fort Myers Beach Bridge and 6 miles from the Sanibel Bridge. Quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Sought after Peppertree Pointe - Meadowlark Cove! Fantastic location, just 6 miles from the Ft. Myers Beach bridge, and 6 miles from the Sanibel bridge! HEATED community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, marina, long fishing pier, and beautiful walking paths throughout the community. Easy access to Publix, Target, Wal-Mart, restaurants, liquor, gas stations, all within 1-3 miles. Golf also within 1 mile of the home.
Very pleasant and friendly neighborhood, 15 mph speed limit throughout. Lots of walkers & bicyclers. You'll love it here!
House Rules
Rates are for two - minimum age 30. ALL guests must be registered with the owner. HOA application fee of $50 applies, and refundable damage deposit of $1000 plus 25% of rent is required to reserve the property. Florida lodging tax is 11% for rentals under six months. Balance of rent due 60 days prior to rental. If visit commences in less than 60 days, full damage deposit, rent, taxes, HOA fee and $154.40 cleaning fee (tax included) due at time of reservation.
Cancellation policy. Cancellation in writing 60 days or more prior to commencement of rental: damage deposit plus 75% of rent deposit will be refunded. Cancellation in writing less than 60 days prior to check-in date: damage deposit, cleaning fee, and any taxes collected will be returned. 75% of the full rent received will be returned only if re-rented for the same period, for the same amount.
No smoking, no pets.
2 week minimum preferred during 'off season'. Preference will be given to 2 month rental during "High Season" (Jan & Feb). 2019 is available! March 2019 rental is pending to current guests.
Suitability
Not handicap suitable as all three bedrooms and bathing areas are on the second floor.
Handy half bath on the main floor, with large capacity washer and dryer.
