HOME was built in 2006. The townhome is built with rod reinforced concrete footing, walls and two cielings. The cieling height of both floors is ten feet with the first flr having trayed cieling treatments. The 2nd flr hall and master bedroom also have trayed cielings. From the pictures u can get a feel for the inside of the townhome. A traveler has direct access to the garage by way of the kitchen. The garage is opened by remote opener. The kitchen is equiped for a cook. It has microwave, electric oven, D/W, refrigerator with water and ice maker. Plenty of pots and pans. Also have blender.  A nice place to eat is on the lanai. We supply the balances of water in containers, paper towels, wax paper, celephane, foil, salt/pepper, sugaretc.Can't guarantee these items since we don't see what is left after a guest leaves or what they supply. Stop at a market before arriving to guarantee breakfast or dinner. We also provide a barbecue for outside use, located in the garage. just be sure to let it cool down before bringing it back inside the garage and turn it off underneath. About The Area

Approximately 11 Miles to Jet Blue Park the new 2012 Red Sox Training Stadium and only 4 miles to Hammond Field home of Minnesota Twins Spring training. Just 6 miles to beach and Sanibel Island. Located on the Lee County Regional Hospital Campus with 58 bus public transportation stopping at hospital door.

A map of Lee County is available for use during your stay. The nearby Caloosahatchee River has lots of things to do like boating, fishing, sunning and bathing at public parks, with lots of restaurants along McGregor Blvd Also on McGregor Blvd near the City of Ft. Myers are the Ford and Edison Museums The Barbara Mann Theater is nearby for cultural entertainment.The San Carlos Blvd accesses the Beaches at the North end of the Island. Along the way you'll pass 2 miniature golf courses restaurants and the charter fishing center. Under the bridge and to the left before crossing are more restaurants. But crossing that bridge will give you the real feeling that you are on vacation. To the West on Summerlin Road 8 miles is the causeway for Sanibel & Captiva Islands. .

House Rules

The townhome is goverened by the Sail Harbour Homeowners Association. The rules are normal for a subdivision. In order to gain access you must have permission to enter the restricted association,maned by a guard. On a first day arrival with approval letter and drivers license in hand at gate, you will receive a pass for the dashboard of your vehicle. If staying past 10 days you will need to get a bar code from management during daytime business hours. The only rules that are really enforced have to do with parking on the street till 12 mid night then locating the vehicle at the pool parking lot till 8am the next morning. Our unit provides a garage and one parking space for vehicles outside for visitors overnight. The other rule pertains to parking on the street. DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN, NOT EVEN ONE TIRE OR PORTION OF ONE TIRE. The association provides underground sprinklers and some of the sprinkler heads are at the edge of the street and property so they break when run over. The white pool card is used to access the pool at the pool gate. Just swipe it and you will hear the magnetic release. Just return both mailbox key, pool card and garage door access remote at the end of your stay.  Do not leave food out on the counters unless stored in sealed containers or wrap.

 Trash containers are provided. Watch the neighbors for which day to place the containers at the curb. A pool card is provided and key for mailbox. The mailboxes are located on Boedego Way out the back lanai door go right then left and a short walk across the common grass area. Our box is in the middle on the front of gangboxes. The pool rules are posted. The combination for the bathrooms is  4227. other rules are supplied with the lease.

Fantastic unit, safe area of town

I used this unit for the month of July 2017. The unit was clean and very nicely furnished, and glory be, Two big pots (among others) to cook in. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries and you are set for a wonderful time. Didn't use the pool, but, it looked inviting. Garage parking was great, as it rained a lot. I am an older person and I was a little daunted by having to use the stairs; now they don't bother me, at all. All 3 bedrooms are spacious, especially the master (it has 2 walkin closets, big ones). I have a son who lives in San Carlos, but he and his new wife have 5 children (whom I love dearly), so this as the peace and quiet I needed at the end of a day. There are 2 TV's, one of which is upstairs in the master bedroom. I really enjoyed my time in Unit 104 and look forward to going back. Thanks Connie, you were a gracious absentee host, you left all the fun to me!

A great place

My wife and I spent February and March this year at this wonderful condo. The condo was roomy, clean, well supplied, and convenient to shopping, dining and the beach (although the traffic on the causeway to the beach can cause lengthy backups.) Conrad was easy to work with and responsive to our inquiries Sail harbor is a very pleasant place to visit. The heated community pool is the gathering place where you will meet friendly people and pick up may useful tips about where to go and what to see. all -in -all, a great vacation spot to go to, --- and return to.

Spacious, comfortable condo, close to everything

We needed a temporary place to stay while looking for a permanent residence when moving to the area and this condo was perfect and reasonably priced. Everything you need is here and it is close to whatever vacationers would be looking for also. A short drive to the beaches, restaurants, the islands. Sail Harbour makes you feel very safe and with the attended gate but it does have some HOA restrictions, particularly parking, that you need to be aware of. The owner, Conrad was wonderful. He kept in touch and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a longer stay in the area.

Our stay at Sail Harbor

We enjoyed our three months' stay in this Sail Harbor unit, especially the spacious upstairs bedrooms and the equipped kitchen. Loved the ability to walk in the safety of this neighorhood, even at night, and the friendly people. Everything we like to do -- sit on the beach, go to the gym, eat at the many restaurants, visit the nearby wonderful Library -- is within a few minutes drive. Thanks Conrad
