To that end, we were the second green lodging beach establishment to be certified by the State of Florida in 2008. We hope our guests share our view and will be good stewards with respect to conserving water and energy and participating in recycling programs.
We are located on the desirable north end of the island, the perfect location just across the street from Lynn Hall Memorial Park, the public beach and the fishing pier. Our one mile strip on North Estero Blvd., had major infrastructure improvements completed resulting in vastly improved water/sewer and storm water services, a new road, side walks and bike path.
If a truly carefree vacation is appealing to you, forget sitting in traffic and spend your time on the beach looking for Florida's famous and beautiful seashells! And, you're just one block away from vibrant Times Square, the heart of the beach, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and night life and purchase fresh-from-the-Gulf seafood to prepare in the nicely equipped kitchen.
