Deko provided everything we needed prior to our arrival and the house was perfect for us. Extremely clean and well-equipped and organized. We had three generations together and it worked out for all of us. We definitely recommend Deko and this house!

This place was really nice and spacious.
This place was really nice and spacious. Clean and well kept. Easy access to beach and local spots. There is a Trolley for 75 cents that takes you from one end of Island to other or get $2 day pass and hop on and off as you wish. The house was very spacious for 5 of us. We had great time will highly recommend and will return again. LS

Clean and short walk to beach.
Clean and short walk to beach. Pool was nice. Deko responded very quickly to all my texts. Tv channels were limited, but we enjoyed our time there.

This is duplex, Poinciana is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, near the beach, surrounded by tropical vegetation, palm trees. Lounging chairs through the exterior of the home and pool deck. You will feel like you are truly far away. Sleeps 8 guests.
The home can be rented as a whole: 5 bedrooms 3 baths (see Palm View listing - description), which can accommodate up to 12 people

The Space
You can rent Poinciana: just the side of the duplex with three bedrooms (one with a King size bed, one with Queen bed and one bedroom with two twins) along with a pull out sleeping sofa and a single sleeping day bed. This side has two full baths and a heated pool. You have the option to rent the whole house or the apartment, which includes one bedroom, one bathroom and a murphy bed. Up to 8 people can sleep in the big house, Poinciana, and 4 people can sleep in the apartment, Palm View. If you rent both Poinciana and Palm view, a total of 12 people can sleep there. Of course, you can rent individually, Palm view or Poinciana. The best part of the location is that the beach is a five minute walk away. Poinciana is a rambler home no steps, is one floor layout
