Great location. Wonderful vacation experience. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Beach was nice and had so many shells. Quiet and peaceful end of beach. Great dining choices not far away at Santini Marina Plaza. Grocery store not too far away. Would definitely recommend to family/friends and would return again.

Best Beach Vacation Ever
This was our BEST BEACH VACATION EVER! Sharon and the staff at Kathy Nesbit Vacation Rentals treated us so well! Top notch service and response to all Concerns and questions! We traveled from Ohio with 3 young children and had all the amenities of home in this condo along with unimaginable sights and experiences that only a private beach could provide! We were arms length away from dolphins and manatees several days! The key only use of facilities definitely added a sense of security and it was a short drive either direction to fun and wonderful dining! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and God willing plan to make this our annual home away from home destination !! Many Thanks for the memories!!!

Another wonderful week
Second time staying at this condo (fall 2013). The condo building is a small 24 unit building, directly on the beach. About 8 condos were in use, making it perfect and quiet. Sharon's condo was clean and nicely decorated. Had everthing my wife and I needed for the week. Great location only 1.1 miles walk to the fish house and enjoy dinner. Enjoy the quiet south end of island with the options to take trolley to north end for the island.

Just got back from another week in paradise! The condo is always very clean and welcoming. The owner is great to do business with! I really enjoy the quiet south end of the island overlooking Lover's Key! This is my favorite place to stay!

Also provided, are BEACHFRONT lounge chairs for sunbathing & small palapas, an ideal spot for a relaxing beachfront lunch! views and beach: This condo is just so relaxing you feel like you are at home. all new appliances for the kitchen / full size washer and dryer discount mall/flea markets. A huge outlet mall off of 75 restaurants and grocery stores nearby. there. is also a golf course, boat rental . You can even go to a movie everything close by..T he beach is an island only 7 miles long. oh by the way you can even take a boat to the keys for a day or gamble on the big m . I am about 21/2 hours from disney world. by the way YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS BOATS CLOSE BY . beach is awesome and private next to 2 ;million dollar homes thats the low end. we are on the quiet part of the beach with easy access off to go to bonita fort myers naples. we are a small 24 unit building and have a beautiful white beach about 1000 feet from the building to the gulf we have a privAte beach with tiki huts chairs and a heated pool, with a gas grill. and views that are incrediable. the sunsets in the evening is AWESOME BEACH

THE CONDO IS A 24 UNIT BUILDING DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH NEAR GULFFRONT HOMES IN THE MILLIONS AND YOU CAN SEE LOVERS KEY STATE PARKACROSS THE BRIDGE. THERE IS OTS OF SHELLS AND WILDLIFE SUCH AS DOLPHINES ,WHICH, YOU CAN SEE EVERY MORNING. THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF BIRDS ALSO. THERE IS RESTURANTS AND A MARINA NEARBY .
nOTE ALL THE RESTURANTS HAVE HOURS WHERE YOU CAN GET GREAT DEALS ON EVENING MEALS FROM 5 TO 6 PM.
THERE ARE TROLLY CARS WHICH RUN ALL DAY AT A VERY LOW PRICE.
