The oversized kitchen/dining area has with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, tile floors and plenty of seating at the dining room table or the counter. Everything is at your finger tips to cook a fancy gourmet meal while you take in the amazing Bay views. If a cookout is your style you can move out to the private deck and heat up the gas grill. The bathroom on the main floor has ample counter space and a walk in shower. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen with plenty of storage.
Relax on the upper level screened lanai and observe the incredible wildlife. Take a swim in the beautiful heated pool, sunbathe poolside on your private deck or enjoy lunch at the patio table. The pool at night is magnificent! There is a fantastic water feature with a light show, transforming the lower pool deck into a beautiful night haven. Stroll through the mangroves on the lighted boardwalk to your private dock and fish under the clear blue sky or a star filled night. Kayak directly from the backyard into Estero Bay and explore one of the many uninhabited islands or famous Mound Key.
