Walk 100 steps across the street to bathe in the warm gulf waters while enjoying the convenience of having Newton State Park at your disposal with restrooms, an outdoor shower, picnic tables and bocce courts. We are located approximately 2 miles south of the bustling Times Square area so you will enjoy a more residential atmosphere with nightlife and shops a short drive or trolley ride away. The trolley runs on a schedule and picks up all over the island for only 75 cents per ride.
The galley kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy dining in or venturing out to one of the many fine restaurants on the island. Publix super market is also about 100 steps away so you can stock up on whatever you may need to make your visit comfortable. Under building parking to keep your car out of the sun.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has two flat screen TVs with cable, a DVD player and free wifi included. Beach chairs, lounges and towels are also included so you can afford to pack very light.
