Condo was very nice updated and clean ! The condo complex was very well manicured and cared for .We enjoyed our stay and thank you for alloying our dog to come . It is just as described and a direct gulf front facing unit .The pool area was very neat and clean .We really enjoyed Time Square . Sunsets here are amazing !

Outstanding views, clean, nicely appointed
Visited in May, weather was great. This is a direct facing Gluf unit that you cannot get enough of the views from the lanai. The property is on a nice stretch of beach. You see dolphins and other wildlife almost everyday. The unit itself has just about everything you would expdct in a vacation property. The owners were really professional and very easy to do business with. You can really tell they care that your stay was as expected just by speaking to them. Cant say enough about the unit, the complex, the beach, and the weather. We will definitely come back year over year.

Relaxing get away
This was the perfect place to escape to for a week. The owner supplied everything that you could imagine. We saw dolphins every day that we were there while we drank our morning coffee. I suggest doing the dolphin jet ski tour!!! The beach was private and had maybe 20-30 people most on our side each day.

Highly recommend. Great view. Cute decor. Within walking distance to restaurants and trolley pick-up. Peaceful get-a-way. Owner easy to work with for my first vrbo use. Would rent again!

Direct Gulf Facing 11th floor, one Bedroom unit - very clean, updated. Excellent location. On a nice section of Beach - direct walk out. Has Santini plaza across the street with restaurants, bars, and other amenities. Trolley pick up point is right on Estero Blvd. This unit has been remodeled. If taking a Beach vacation, you want to be right on the Beach. This unit has it all. Fully outfitted with kitchen appliances/inventory. Great for one week stay or for multi month stay. You cannot go wrong with this unit.
