One bedroom one bath condo on the quiet south end of the island in building A on the first floor at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. All new dishes, pot and pans, cooking utensils, and silverware and glassware, pur waterfilter on kitchen faucet, linens and towels supplied. Keurig coffee maker along with a regular coffee maker. Brand new king mattress and boxspring set, brand new queen sofa sleeper, power recliner, and barrel rocker glider chair, sofa table with drop down drawers for computer, new sharp aquos 50" 4K smart tv with xfinity 1 cable with voice command, Netflix and starz channel, dvr (record your shows and watch on your schedule), dvd/bluray player, and a hp wireless printer. Free dedicated Wi-Fi also supplied. Noodles, boogieboard, towels, and chairs also provided. Brand new ac/heat system installed 2016 also.
Enjoy relaxing on the balcony watching the sun rise while enjoying a cup of coffee made in the Keurig coffee maker. Watch for dolphins, watch the birds, watch the parasailers and kayakers and paddleboarders and jetskiers with the binoculars that are provided. In the evenings enjoy watching the sun set (some months)Â while looking at
the partial side view of the ocean while enjoying dinner on the patio table.
We have a pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, gas grills, and a laundry on the main floor of the building. You can walk your dogs on the beach (just not in the critical wildlife area). Across the street is Santini Plaza with a marina with charterboats, rentalboats, kayaking, dolphin-sightseeing tours. Several restaurants, ice cream parlor, laundrymat, postoffice, hardware store, and a CVS. About 5 minutes down the road is a Publix with all your grocery needs. No need to bring your car, Florida International Airport is about 30 minutes away with taxis and rental cars. Here on the island you can take the trolley, which makes stops all along the way. Bonita Springs and Naples, Sanibel and Captiva Islands aren't far away. Theres also a doggie beach just down the road. Downtown Fort Myers Beach has a pier, park, casino boats, shops, restaurants, ( many with live music), ice cream parlors all for your enjoyment. There is miniature golf, outlet shopping and much more not far away.

Santini Plaza is just across the street, with shopping, laundromat, post office, and several restaurants plus a wonderful ice cream parlor and a CVS. There is also a 18hole golf course. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a Publix about 5 minutes down the road. If you don't want to drive you can take the trolley all over the island with stops all along the way. .
Lovers Key State Park , marinas that offer boat rentals, sunset cruises, kayaking, fishing charters , and dolphin cruises. Pet beach just a few miles down the road. Downtown area has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to suit everybody, plus the pier and a park and boat casinos.. And definitely not last or least, THE BEACH and the views and the walks and the shells and the dolphins and the birds, my favorites.
