Nice property in a good location
Property was as described. Located at the south end of Estero Island, away from the very busy areas of Ft Myers Beach. The condo was clean, well equipped and had a good direct view of the water. There were nice beach chairs to use at the beach. The condo is only one floor up which made it handy to get out to the beach and parking lot. The pool was clean and the two fellows that kept the area neat and clean were excellent, conscientious and considerate. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to next year at Carlos Point Condos.

Great property
The property manager was fantastic, very quick to respond to a few small concerns that we had upon our arrival. The condo was clean and tidy when we arrived. The owner provided great light weight beach chairs. The beach was clean and easy to walk to gather shells. This was our 1st time in Ft. Myers and we will certainly go back and will definitely try to stay at this property again. Don was fantastic to deal with!

This beachfront condo is located on the the south end of Fort Myers Beach, has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and a great white sand beach! The unit has been completely renovated as of Sept 2016 with new tile flooring throughout, fresh paint everywhere, updated kitchen. The unit is ready for your comfort and enjoyment.
The unit has two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The bedrooms and baths include linens and towels.
This unit includes cable tv and wifi. Carlos Pointe is a smoke free building, no pets allowed. At least one person in your group must be 30 years of age. The minimum rentals are weekly.
The heated beachfront pool is great for swimming or just enjoying a sun-filled day with great views of the Gulf or Lovers Key State Park. There are shops, restaurants and all the activities the island has to offer. The trolley runs daily from one end of the island to the other and beyond.
