Great Condo!
This is a great condo. The first thing that struck us upon entering was how clean and nice this condo is. It is perfectly located, as it is on the quiet end of the island. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the trolley stop, and a 15 minute walk to Santini plaza, a plaza with many restaurants, shops, and an open air market where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables every day of the week. The condo itself is well stocked with everything you're going to need for going to the beach and pool. The views from the lanai are nice of the bay and the marina where we saw Dolphins and manatees swimming by on most days. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back again next year. Kristie, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend renting this condo, you won't be disappointed.

Spacious fourth floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, corner unit, high 9 foot ceilings, security entrance, conveniently located in between Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has easy beach access (10-15 minute leisurely walk), views of the bay, canal, docks and boats from the large tiled screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom. There are views of Estero Bay from the living room, master bedroom and lanai. 8 foot triple sliding doors open to the 30' screened lanai from the living room and master bedroom. Sit on the lanai and see manatees and dolphins come into the waterways The morning sunrises are amazing right from the lanai!
