Great Stay!
My husband and I stayed last week and absolutely loved the property! It is exactly as shown in the photos and was a very clean and comfortable unit. The location to Times Square was ideal as we could walk to all the great places to eat and enjoy the all places on the beach. Don was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions prior to our trip. We would definately stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

What a pleasent Surprise
WOW, Boy did we get lucky! For the first time the pictures and description were truly an understatement. Don made the reservation process very easy and was able to accommodate an odd midweek arrival with no surcharge. He also sent us a great information packet and wanted to make sure we would enjoy our vacation. On arrival day we were running a little late and called ahead to the condo manager and she stayed late to check us in and answer all our questions even though we kept her late. First the condo was immaculate, and was roomier than expected. It was well appointed and the view is spectacular. We try and rent conds on vacation because we love to cook. What a surprise when I found high quality pots & pans, and fully stocked with cooking utensils. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony was heaven (lunch on the beach wasn't bad either). After some spectacular sunsets, a short walk on the beach every night to Time Square for dessert and entertainment rounded out the perfect vacation. LOCATION: LOCATION: LOCATION!!! You are right on the beach! The condo had great Tommy Bahama chairs and nice umbrellas for our use. This is a small quiet building, with outstanding facilities and friendly staff. We will be back. Best of all it was a bargain for what we got.

Wonderful Property
You won't find a better condo on Ft Myers Beach. The Condo and building were clean inside and out and very well maintained. Don was extremely easy to deal with and followed up to make sure our vacation was what we expected. The location was perfect, right on the beach, close to the pier and restaurants. The location also offers easy access on and off the island. Make sure to visit Nervous Nellies while staying here. Excellent food and service. There were a wide variety of beach chairs and beach toys available. Having a washer and dryer in the unit allowed us to wash our towels whenever needed. We will certainly rent this unit again!

Best condo on beach!
Immaculately clean unit in a small( 14 units), secure complex with in a 5 minute walk of all activities in Ft Myers Beach. The owner, don, was incredibly easy to work with and the on-site staff wonderfully helpful. Gorgeous view from the second floor.

This large well appointed luxury condo is located directly on one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Located directly on the beach, you will enjoy an awe inspiring view of Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from your oversized screened balcony. This condo comfortably sleeps 4, with a large kingsize bed in the master bedroom and a pullout queen size sofa in the livingroom. The combination livingroom and diningroom are large and bright with patio doors that run the entire width of the condo, giving you the feeling that you are right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico.

Fort Myers Beach is located between the Intercostal and the Gulf of Mexico in sunny South Central Florida. It boasts a wide range of activities to suit everyone. From water activies, such as swimming, shelling, para saling, jet skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling/diving, fishing charters, dolphin tours, boat rentals, cruise ship to the Keys and casino boat, to golfing, miniature golf, live theater,movie theater, shopping (3 outlet malls), museums and soo/wildlife park.
