There is a solar heated outdoor in-ground pool over looking the canal. The house is toward the north end of the island and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to Fort Myers Beach "Times Square". Unit #1: This one bedroom, one bathroom, 870 square foot, 1st floor (no steps) apartment will sleeps up to four (4) with one queen bed and one sleeper sofa. The bedroom with a queen bed has a ceiling fan/light, and window air conditioner. The eat in kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, dinning table and chairs, and a window air conditioner. The living room has a sofa bed, sofa or recliner (in place of chair shown in the picture), ceiling light/fan, flat screen 42" TV, and window air conditioner. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink, medicine cabinet, & hair dryer. The rear private screened-in Lanai overlooks the pool, and canal. There is coin operated laundry on the premises. Prices are based on up to 2 person occupancy (6 mo includes 1 person), and include utilities & WiFi.Extra people are $45/person/night $450/person/month.Maximum occupancy: 4 people 7 night minimum anytime now through March 10, 2017, or after March 28th accepted with-in 21 days of check-in . Towels, linens, etc. are NOT provided.
