Villa coral ridge is a holiday residence in fort lauderdale, equipped with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, new furniture in modern style and very comfortable. This building is situated in the residential area of coral ridge isles, only a few minutes away from the beach, the commercial centres of sawgrass mall and 40 minutes from south beach and miami.
This lovely villa of approximately 160 sq metres is situated at the canal and has direct access to the ocean. The house was completely refurbished and renovated in 2008. It’s modern and very romantic at the same time. 2 couples and their children can spend their holidays here in a very comfortable atmosphere. The salon with its floor of ceramic tiles opens to a terrace and the swimming pool.
There is an open plan kitchen, newly furnished, practical in modern design but with all the classic features that is directly connected to the salon/dining room area. The 3 bedrooms all boast ceramic flooring, king and queen size beds and each with their individual bathrooms attached. These rooms are full of light, have large windows with views to the gardens or the canal. The french doors allow direct access to the swimming pool from all bedrooms.
If you love yachting you can directly leave your boat or your jetskis at the private dock. The canal leads directly to the intercoastal waterway and the ocean. If you love the open air and nature you will find the ideal garden in front and behind the villa, there is luxurious tropical vegetation with superb palm trees and a magnificent tree providing shade for beautiful sunny days in miami. This garden offers multiple activities: swimming pool, relaxation in the sun, picnics, barbecues and fishing from the jetty which offers 2 places for fishing. Several shopping centres are near the villa, there are supermarkets, 24 h/24 h pharmacies and various restaurants and bars.
