This place is amazing! Location is everything and more!
What a beautiful condo! The location was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the quiet patio and the deck overlooking the inter coastal waterway which is just a few short steps outside your door. There us a lot of boat traffic! We loved the quick access to the pool and deck from this ground level condo. The beach (1 block) and many restaurants and shops are a short walk away. The condo has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The speaker system was a nice plus for listening to music!! We slept so well in the queen bed. Mike was great and If you rent this condo, you will not be disappointed. This is a 5 star !!

Great Condo! Exactly as listed!
Owner very helpful. The condo is beautiful and has a lot of extras you might need on a trip such as, umbrella, beach bags, beach chairs, child's beach chair, cooler, etc. Everything you might need in the kitchen as well. The property is beautiful and we had a fun time watching all the iguanas that hung out on the property. The pool was nice and clean. I'd definitely stay here again!!! Location was perfect!!! Close walk to restaurants and the beach was one block away! We rented a car and had a private parking space. This was a A++++ property!

Relaxation with a Bluejay
This was our first time using VRBO on a vacation, and I can say that it set the bar high. The condo was perfect in every way. Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. He was courteous, friendly, and most of all gave us space. The unit was located a few blocks to the beach, restaurants, and water taxi. We also had a place to park (at no extra charge!) in a discreet parking space. There is a quaint patio to lounge on early in the morning and have breakfast with a few lizards (geckos, anoles), all while letting the morning sun and breeze compete over your relaxation. If you're not already soaking rays up at the beach by 10AM, you could possibly meet Narcissus, the vain Bluejay. He likes to perch on one of the patio chairs and stare at his reflection for a few hours at a time. I believe there was only one day during our 6 day stay that he didn't show up. There is a pool and a dock to de-stress by, that we took advantage of everyday. We lazily watched many boats roll by while sipping on a cocktail. The interior of the unit is perfectly sized for two people. We had everything we needed, including an espresso machine that my wife loved. All the amenities were there including washer and dryer. All we had to do was stock the fridge with food and we were set. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Fabulous experience and affordable. If you go, say hi to Narcissus for us!

Location Location Location!
You couldn't ask for a better location. A few minutes walk to just about everything and that includes a stop for the Water Taxi. The dock on the water way was also great, to sit out on and watch the yachts go by. Unit is clean and well supplied.

Wonderful Fort Lauderdale
The condo did not disappoint, it was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Mike was prompt and was waiting for us when we arrived, he explained how everything worked and than let us be. My wife and I would undoubtedly rent this condo again and are excited at the prospect of returning to Fort Lauderdale. Mike thanks again for everything.

Beautiful Condo
This place is beautiful. The condo looks the exact same as it does in the pictures. Michael answered all our questions in a really fast response. He was there to greet us when we arrived. The beach towels and beach chairs were a great inclusion as saved us having to bring or rent them. The location is perfect. It is on the water front but 1 block from the beach which means it is wonderful and peaceful. The pool is great. We loved watching all the boats go by on the dock. All in all a superb vacation home.

Lovely Stay
The location of this rental can not be beat!! Super quiet and private sitting along the inter-coastal but only a short walk to the beach area and lots of activity. Michael was super responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!

This 1st class get-away is located in the heart of Ft Lauderdale's beach resort area. Positioned directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and only 1 block from the beach, comfort luxury and relaxation are all close at hand. This 1 bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 guests. Laundry located within the unit. High speed internet, cable and all utilities included, 65' 3D television in the living room and bedroom. Fully functional kitchen with complete cutlery suitable for a gourmet chef. Private patio opens up to the community's common Intracoastal dock. If your goal is to relax in luxury, you found the right place.
The rental comes with garage parking, but there is really no need for a car. You can walk to the many restaurants and shops located in the immediate area, and you are just steps to the beach. Public transportation options include Broward County's extensive network of buses and trolleys, and more uniquely, the shared bike system and water taxis. A perfect 1st class get-away!
This unit is truly turnkey. You only need to bring your luggage.
