A fantastic home and a wonderful vacation
What an unforgettable vacation stay this was! We spent 9 days at this perfect vacation home practically on the beach of Ft. Lauderdale (steps away). We were the first renters, and I really would have loved to keep it our little secret for future trips to Ft. Lauderdale. We have rented homes for more than 15 years in this area, and this one was the best yet. For us - a family of 4 adults , 2 teens and a 12-year old, the house provided the perfect set up - all rooms were nice and welcoming and each had ist own bathroom and TV. The master suite and second bedroom upstairs also had a balcony and provided ocean views. The kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room as well as two very comfortable sofa areas (each with a large flat screen) allowed for everybody to find his/her own space to relax, watch TV, work or just hang out. The pool-and outside space was very nice, and in the evening we enjoyed having drinks alongside the pool in the comfortable lounge seats or just have a BBQ dinner cooked in the large smoker grill. The kitchen represents the center of the house. A wine fridge, gas stove and large food center fridge made cooking and entertaining fun and simple. The lovely, wide and clean beach is at the doorstep and we loved to watch the kite surfers practice or just enjoy the beautiful sunset. All beach amenties were at our disposal: a practical beach buggy, chairs, umbrellas, a sensational tent (pavillion) as well as balls, boards etc. The house is located in a upscale neighbourhood, and we at all times felt safe and comfortable. The owner is a lovely man, and it was a pleasure to rent from him. A professional property manager and her staff welcomed us and tended to all our needs. We hope to come back again soon! Loved it !!
Big beautiful house with everything you need. Great pool and hot tub very private. Proximity to beach couldn't be better. The manager Debbie was very pleasant and helpful. Came with 5 children ages 3-16 and all had a great time and loved the house pool and beach. Only reason not 5 stars is because of major construction going on nextdoor. Not complaining because Debbie told us about it beforehand. One day it was very loud but the rest of the time it was ok. If you don't let it bother you everything else is really great. I would definitely come again and recommend to friends.

This home is located in the Exclusive Lauderdale Beach -- Neighborhood -- and literally just a minute or two walk to the beach about 50-60 steps to the white sand (we provide the wagon).
Lauderdale Beach is literally one of the best beaches in the area because there is no pier and only one parking lot (for about 20 cars) so it's only locals who know about this gorgeous beach -- You are in for a treat!
This home was remodeled in 2014 and is 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms.
There are beautiful porcelain tile floors throughout -- no carpet

We are on a short street that runs along the beach I am on the corner of NE 23rd and Atlantic Blvd at the beach. NE 23rd Dead ends into the beach. The house is 120’ from one of the best sand beaches in Fort Lauderdale.
