  • Cancellation Policy

    • Travel insurance is recommended.

      
      

      Cancellation is permitted as follows: 
      a) If Renter cancels and the premises are successfully rented to another tenant for the same amount as the current lease between the Owner and this Renter, Renter will receive a refund of the rental payment(s), less a processing fee equivalent to 12.5% of the total rental rate. The Renter will also receive a full refund of the security deposit.
      b) If Renter cancels and the premises are rented for less than the amount of this current lease between Owner and this Renter, Renter shall be reimbursed the amount of the rental payment(s) less any difference between rent received from the new tenant and less a processing fee equivalent to 12.5% of the total rental rate as agreed upon for this lease.
      c) If Owner is unsuccessful in renting premises due to a cancellation, Renter forfeits all rental payments, excluding the security deposit.

      
      

      Cancellation, late arrival, or early departure does not warrant any refund of license fee or deposit. Renters whose itinerary results in a shortened stay are not entitled to a refund. In the event of no show by Renter, all monies are forfeited. Should Owner have to cancel the contract, or the Renter cannot take possession due to any unforeseen circumstance on the Owner’s part, Renter’s monies will be refunded in total.

  • Booking Process

    • RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS 
      The following steps are required to complete your reservation:

      
      

      Once you agree to the contract, you are required to email your photo identification to our office. You must also provide proof of payment to hold the reservation. In addition, you will be required to electronically sign this contract on Style Vacation Home's reservation system and/or in person upon check-in.

      
      

      50% due with the signing of the contract

      
      

      Balance, plus security deposit due 45 days prior to check-in.

      Cashier's check

      
      

      Paypal/credit card (transaction fee of 3.5% applies). Guest must let us know how payment will be made. If by Paypal/Credit Card, please wait for a payment request from our office which will include instructions on payment.
