Our newly custom built home directly on the canal offers fishing, swimming, BBQ, and relaxing all in the private backyard by the pool. It's moments from the beach & near major stores, golf, and endless restaurants.
Casa Linda is a brand-new completely newly built designer house with marble floors all throughout the house. Built in 2015. This spacious house features three bedrooms- Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom and a sliding French door in each bedroom that leads to a private entrance and view of the backyard's pool and Florida Inter coastal waterway. There are also two more sliding glass doors from the living room into the pool area. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each, third bedroom has a King master bed. The house is fully-stocked with a huge kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances and plenty of space for storage. There is a heated pool for extra enjoyment, outdoor patios for gazing at the water views while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The luxurious dining area seats 10 people comfortably.
There is an additional powder room near the laundry room.
All sheets, towels and pool towels are provided.
Guest Access
The entire house is available for rent; 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, large Kitchen, Laundry room, pool, access to waterway from the backyard and lots of privacy. Also the high speed Internet access including wifi is very reliable. We do also offer a special rate for renting just one or two of the bedrooms at a time, each equipped with their own private bathroom and entrance to the home. Long term rentals are available. Since this is your vacation we certainly don't want to bother you unnecessarily. However, we are always available to you if you have questions or need anything from us. The Neighbourhood
The house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with easy access to over 4000 restaurants, beaches, shopping malls, golf courses, casinos (5 miles away) concert halls and theaters. Just down the street is the famous Flannigan’s Restaurant specializing in Florida style sea food, Grocery stores, Pharmacy, Hospital and Banks, Coffee shops, Chinese take-out and a 24 hour Beach Market. There are also beauty and nail services, local taverns and dry cleaning facilities. In addition there are several places to practice outdoors sports; golfing, fishing, boating, stand up paddle, kayaking, biking, walking, and running. Oh, and how could we forget to mention the marvelous beaches?
WHAT'S NEARBY?
The home is only 3 miles from the beach, 8 miles from Las Olas Blvd (downtown Fort Lauderdale), and about 13 miles from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Fort Lauderdale's Arts and Entertainment District, runs east-west along Las Olas Boulevard, from the beach to the heart of downtown. The district is anchored in the West by the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and runs through the city to the intersection of Las Olas and A1A.
Approximately 40 minutes away is Fabulous Miami Beach and Famous Palm Beach Island where celebrities are commonly sighted. Miami is about a 40 minutes drive south and further south along the famous US1 you can reach Key West (we highly recommend this day trip). You can also go north to West Palm Beach (40 minutes) and up to Orlando (3 hours drive) or West to the gulf coast (Tampa, 3h 30mn). Orlando has multiple theme parks of Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and Disney World are located as well as the super fun Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Over in Port Everglades, a mere 30 minutes away is home to one of the largest Cruise ports in the world.

Getting Around
In Fort Lauderdale, the best way to get around is with your own vehicle as there is a lot to see and do and there is something for everyone!
Of course the convenience of a taxi or uber is readily available. There are bus lines operating on nearby US1 highway and a “pelican hopper” which is a free, air-conditioned shuttle transportation service provided by the Town in conjunction with Broward County Transit. For the active visitors, you can also rent bikes, scooters or rollerblade to get around.
Since Fort Lauderdale is known as the “Venice of America” you can choose to travel by water to add a little extra charm. It is possible to navigated through the canals by boat-taxis or canoes/kayaks through the local waterways or you can try to fun "Jungle Queen" tour which comes with dinner and a show.
