Unbelievable!!! We loved it!!!
Everything was perfect from start to finish. The process was very easy. We were greeted by Tim and he was so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know. We were so excited that the house looked even better in person than the pictures. The house is 300 steps from the beach, the pool was amazing and everyone was so comfortable in their beds!! We cooked in the kitchen and there was everything we needed. We can't wait to go back. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful home.

The home was perfect for our family/ friend Spring Break 2017 getaway! Beautiful decor, spacious rooms and steps away from the surf! The only question I have is "how soon will we return?" When you know a home is a gem, you'll want to book it again and again!

Great place, great location
Nice, spacious, well supplied house perfect for a family or two. Location was perfect. You can take a short walk to the beach, walk to Shooters, Flip flops, or the Chart House, or walk a few blocks to the water taxi on the Intercoastal to discover Los Olas.

Perfect for our family gathering!
We had a wonderful stay at Coral Beach! Loved the home and the location. My sister-in-law commented that it was even more beautiful than the photos she saw on the web before she arrived. The concierge, Vincent, was very welcoming and very helpful in taking care of the few small issues that arose. We have no hesitation at all about recommending the house, especially for a large family group like ours, which ranged in age from 14 to 89. We appreciated the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom; we made good use of the pool, the hot tub, the grill, the outdoor dining table, and the roof deck. The house is very quiet, even though it's not far from nearby shops and restaurants. And the beach is just a few steps away, without having to cross any streets. All in all, a great place for a holiday!

Most relaxing family vaction EVER!!!!
What a fabulous property! I feel like our family had a once in a lifetime vacation at this house. We had four adults and three kids (7, 12 and 17) and there was something for everyone! The pictures were great, but the house itself was absolutely amazing! We had one issue where we were in the middle of grilling and ran out of gas for the grill. We contacted the property manager and he immediately got back to us and promptly delivered more gas. The detail that was put into the decorating and outfitting of this house is beyond comfortable. The home was clean and welcoming at time of check-in. We utilized the grocery delivery service so we had a stocked kitchen at time of arrival, what a great service! You accomplished something that I didn't believe existed - I had a relaxing family vacation! We have already passed along the property information to other families. The customer service that we received from the time of booking to the day we returned home is top-notch. Thank you for the great week, hope to see it again soon!!

Better than the photos!!
We had a wonderful stay over New Years. Perfect location between beach, restaurants, and the state park down the road. There was plenty of room for 10 of us to relax and spread out. My favorite hangout: the rooftop deck with its comfortable furniture and awesome breeze! The house is clean and beautiful and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you!!!!

The Perfect Getaway
We, our kids, and our parents all knew it was going to be a nice stay as soon as we entered the house. Very well designed/decored and very clean. The backyard tropical ambiance felt just right and the pool size was also just right. The outdoor jacuzzi and large outdoor brunch table was just icing on the cake. This place will not disappoint. I also wanted to thank Ismael for putting together a whole baby crib on short notice after he gave us the tour. Now that is what I call going the extra mile. We will definitely be looking to book either this home or another Louis Shaw location next time we are in the area. Thanks!

Fantastic Place
Our group of six came down for the Ft Lauderdale Boat Show and found the perfect place. This very clean and well decorated home with pool and hot tub was the perfect refuge after a long day at the show. Very easy walk to the beach and several excellent restaurants/bar and grilles. We look forward to coming down again next year for the show.

Well equipped, great yard, close to beach
A very nice home, the kitchen has plenty of dishes etc., lovely pool and is a very short walk to the beach. Great response by property manager when assistance was required. Good greek restaurants walking distance away as well as an italian bakery with great coffee and gelato.

Excellent choice
The property is larger than it looks from the street. The interior is very well presented and the furnishings are in good condition. Each bedroom can function as a self contained unit with private access to a bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and there is a good supply of towels and bed linen. Outdoors, there is a large pool and a hot tub with good facilities for grilling and dining. We also enjoyed the roof terrace. The location is excellent, just a short stroll from the beach (avoiding traffic) and is close to a good range of restaurants, but the street where the property is located is very quiet. All of our enquiries prior to arrival were dealt with promptly and all arrangements worked well. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
We were a three generation family looking to escape the cold for a week . There was something for everyone in this well appointed, luxurious home. The posted photos do not do it justice. There is a second floor private master suite that included a walk in closet, a sitting area, luxurious modern bath, and is completely surrounded by palm trees in every window- Bliss! The rooftop deck , heated pool, hot tub, modern kitchen, laundry facilities, large screen tvs, and all the little thoughtful extras provided us with the perfect way to enjoy being together whilst still enjoying private space and conveniences. I could've stayed for a month! The Louis Shaw team was responsive and considerate- I'd love to come back again next year! Continued success with this property.

Very nice home, right on the beach!
We take a golf trip to the Fort Lauderdale area every year. This is the best rental house we have stayed in so far. Very nice and clean, well furnished. The location was perfect, and there was about a two minute walk out the front door to the beach. The management tended to all or needs and were easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay there again next year if not already rented out.

Unbelievable
This house was amazing. I don't have a single complaint about this place. Everything within is updated and modern. Comfortable beds, TVs everywhere (not that you need them), spacious, gorgeous bathrooms, sound system outside, ceiling fans everywhere, located at the end of the block and just a quick walk to the beach. The pool is basically in the living room which was awesome. The rooftop deck was unbelievable. It is easy to work up a sweat just sitting up there, but once you get overheated just hop in the rooftop shower and cool down and go back to catching those Florida rays. Watch your head on the way up to the rooftop using the spiral stair case though. I had trouble leaving this place when the time came as it was truly a slice of heaven. Highly recommend staying here. The Louis Shaw team was easy to work with and very responsive. A+ rental.

The home is perfectly located one block to the beach with no streets to cross and an easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Use the virtual tour to retrieve information (i.e. Details provides the home address, Tools provides all the features to see the map and neighborhood in Google Earth). You can view the homes large living areas in panoramas. Be sure to use the virtual tour to see this home. One thing you will not see on the tour as of yet is the new, just installed water feature that is outside the first floor master bedroom patio.
THE HOME WAS REMODELED IN JUNE 2015. UPGRADES INCLUDE NEW ITALIAN FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE LOWER FLOOR. THE QUEEN MASTER BEDROOM WAS CONVERTED INTO A KING WITH NEW MASTER BATHROOM AND CEILING FAN. THERES ALSO A KING BEDROOM SUITE IN THE BACK FAMILY ROOM. THE ROOM CAN USED AS A MASTER KING SUITE WITH 2 ARMOIRES, 2 DRESSERS AND PRIVATE BATHROOM OR AS A LARGE ENTERTAINING SPACE.
The home also offers an American Leather sleeper sofa. These sofas are rated # 1 for comfort and provide sleepers with a hydraulic sleeping mechanism for easy function. The sleeper provides a very comfortable memory foam mattress with no bars. Rated in the highest qualify for sleepers. We are taking sleepers to another level in our homes! The stunning beach villa is located in a quiet, affluent neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach.
You can catch the water taxi (a 5 minute walk from the home) at the NEW Shooters located on the water way that will take you as far as Miami and West Palm Beach. The water taxi (just a 3 block walk away) can also take you to many featured spots, such as Las Olas. You can see more local attractions by using the virtual tour on our website. There are also several churches and Synagoguest to choose from in this area. Bikes can also be rented just 2 blocks from the home.

About The Area
Coral Beach is located in a quiet neighborhood just off A1A between Sunrise Ave and Oakland Park Blvd. Nestled perfectly close to the beach, just a short stroll though a park that is next to the home (less than a 1 minute walk).
The home is located near the famous Hugh Taylor Birch Park. This park is an oasis of tropical hammocks—a gift from Hugh Taylor Birch to Florida's posterity. His former estate preserves four distinct natural communities, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Visitors can rent a canoe and paddle along a mile-long freshwater lagoon or fish from the seawall. Nature lovers can hike along two short trails and learn about local plants and wildlife while bicyclists and skaters glide along the paved park road. Visitors can access the beach via the pedestrian tunnel under A1A. Picnic areas overlook the channel; pavilions with water and electricity are available for rent. The park is a quick 15 minute drive south from the house.
