Located on a private cul-de-sac, the backyard of this mediterranean bungalow overlooks the tranquil preserve - Birch State Park while the beach is literally 100 yards away from the front door.
The building itself has a ton of character with vaulted beamed ceilings and rustic outer brick wall that is covered in ivy. The unique 2-story house features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two bonus sleeping rooms and can sleep 12 guests comfortably. Each room features cable TV, with Wi-fi internet located throughout the entire house. There is room for parking 5 cars off the street, 2 of which can be parked in the private garage.
Outside you will be treated with the beautiful views of the lagoon of Birch State Park and frontal ocean views of the Atlantic. In the backyard, you can enjoy sipping mojitos in your private pool that features a cascading waterfall and a soaking tub. The screened porch, gazebo and spacious deck area allow you to sit back and enjoy nature's tranquility while still living the beach lifestyle.
