This studio has plenty of room...could sleep 6...was Clean and supplied with everything (except your food of course) needed to just arrive and enjoy the resort ! Ocean Manor has a Tiki Bar, Pool, Restaurant, Coffee Canteen, Salon, Jewelry n Gift Shop all on the first floor. Its like a Cruise Ship on land . Great Stay !!

The room was great and Svein was very nice to work with. Very spacious room, comfy beds, large TV's and a large fridge/freezer. The only negative would have to be that you could easily hear any commotion out in the hallways, but other than that, couldn't have asked for anything more. :)

Excelente ubicación y muy buen monoambiente
Se cumplieron todas nuestras expectativas. Mono ambiente cómodo, edificio con buenos amenities. Muy buena ubicación. El propietario tiene todo preparado como para que no haya inconvenientes. Realmente pasamos unas muy buenas vacaciones! Lo recomiendo 100% y agradezco a Mr Svein toda su disposición y amabilidad para con nosotros.

Location, Location, Location
My wife and I returned to Ft. Lauderdale (specifically to Lauderdale-By-the-Sea) to visit close friends. We stayed in Svein's unit in the Ocean Manor. It was just perfect!! Two very comfortable beds, view ocean out the window, and literally steps to the beach. On the way to the beach you can stop at the best Tiki bar in the area. This place is convenient for grocery shopping, Dunkin Donuts and great restaurants all in walking distance. Svein is a magnificent host. He responds to any request or question rapidly. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Svein for helping to make our visit spectacular.

Great place to stay for a week or two. The building is located right on the beach. A big pool with tanning beds are in front of the building for the guests use. Right beside the pool there is a Tiki bar that serves drinks and food. The menu is rich for the young as well the one that has been around for a while. A few blocks north you will find several restaurants as well a fishing pier. McDonald just across the street and Win Dixie grocery a few block to the south.
