We had a great stay at Highland Palms. Quick, easy walk across the street to the beach. Good quality beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The pool and hot tub were ideal for the evening or a quick dip to cool off. Easy Uber pick up and less than 10mins to the main part of Ft Lauderdale Beach. Everything was as advertised and very clean. We had some A/C issues the 1st night but Vincent, the property manager, was there quickly and worked hard to find an after-hours company to fix it. We'd certainly stay again!

Private Tropical Beach
My husband and I recently stayed at this property and it was beautiful, relaxing and very private. Vincent was a great property Manager and we experienced no issues as well as booking it was very easy. If you are looking for a laid back getaway with no hassle, easy access to airport as well as beach access and privacy this is the perfect place. We plan on returning here soon. And the "weather" was wonderful, hated to return to rain and no sun. Already wish we were back there for another stay. KUDOS to the excellence in customer service. ** 5 STARS **

Great property really close to the beach.
My wife and I stayed at this amazing property from Oct 27 to Nov 2 2016. We take our kids to Disneyland every year and all ways stay in a hotel (Marriott, Hyatt, or Embassy Suites). This time for our vacation to Fort Lauderdale we decided to rent this house. I was skeptical about the quality and service at first, but when we got to the property we were immediately pleased with the house. Everything was cleaned and organized inside the house. The fact to have a private hot tub and the heated pool is a bonus. It is very nice to be on vacation and not been woken up by the vacuum because the housekeeping service is cleaning the room next to yours when staying at hotels. The beach is so close that we walked bare foot to the beach. Ismael the property manager was very friendly and professional. We had some issues with the internet and it was fix right away. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. We got nothing but first class service. This property will be our first choice next time we go to Florida. We highly recommend this house. Perfect location and easy to make yourself at home
The property is incredibly secluded while conveniently located to the beach and any store you could want. The home was remodeled very nice and very comfortable. The kitchen and grill are nice if you need to cook at home like we do. The pool and hottub were so great you didn't always feel like you had to shuffle off to the beach to take a dip and the landscaping is amazing!!!

Love this place
This is the third time I've rented this property. It feels like home away from home now. Clean and comfortable.... the pool is completely secluded. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing!
I would highly recommend this property! Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The patio truly feels like a tropical oasis, and is very private. We loved the pool and hot tub. The outdoor shower was very convenient after a day at the beach. Inside, the house was very clean with updated kitchen/bathrooms and comfortable living room/bedroom furniture. Much better than a hotel! And checking in and out was a breeze. We hope to come back!!Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway.

Private and peaceful
Besides the amazing home and outdoor living space, I want to say how wonderful working with this management team was .Everyone was so helpful and attentive and our property manager, Ishmael was available anytime day or night! It was a pleasure booking with this company The home is exactly as the pictures show, only better. The outdoor living space is huge and the pool was wonderfully private. Simply paradise.

Great Little Place
My teenage son and I had a very relaxing time here. We loved the seclusion and privacy. The place is small, like the size of a 2 bed apartment, but there are multiple outside areas for relaxing, eating or visiting. The pool was great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Lucky for us it was sunny and nice everyday, so we spent most of our time outside near and in the pool. The walk to the beach was easy and close. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. There was a small glitch at the start, but the management team and local caretaker were very quick to respond and accommodate us.

Beautiful Home! Great stay!
Four women, ages 26 - 48+ :). We stayed at this lovely home for 5 nights on a spring break away from our families, jobs, chores, etc. It was such a perfect location. We made day trips to Miami and the Everglades. We rented citi bikes and rode to Los Olas, the Riverwalk, and rode through Hugh Taylor Park. We cooked dinner on the grill, basked in the hot tub, and splashed in the pool. Inside the house, the accommodations were wonderful. Comfy beds and lots of beach and bath towels. Everything was spotless. We hit a local publix for groceries and we were right at home! We all agreed that we would return in a heartbeat...thank you so very much!

Wonderful home
We really enjoyed our stay. Our party was 3 adults, 2 children and a baby and we were comfortable. The house is in a quiet residential area . The landscaping is beautiful and very private. The pool and hot tub were great, with lots of pool toys for the kids. The house is tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The kitchen includes everything you need, including spices and staples . The unit included everything as described plus there were 4 beach towels, not sure if these came with the unit or if someone left them behind but it was convenient. We went to the beach near Pelican Grand Resort and brought the lawn chairs from the unit, about a 2 block walk to the water's edge. We used the grill and ate dinner outside several nights, there are 2 tables that seat 4 each. The only suggestions I could make are adding cushions to the wicker chaise lounges. None of us found them comfortable the way they were. Other than that, a great place. PS If you have a baby, they will provide a high chair, crib and stroller.

Highland Palms
The house was perfect, especially the garden. It was completely enclosed and private, great for my kids to splash around in the pool. We loved that there were toys and floaties to play with! The area was very residential and quiet, and the beach was just two blocks away. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as great, but we still had a wonderful time!

About The Area
The home is located just 3 blocks from the famous Hugh Taylor Birch Park. This park is an oasis of tropical hammocks-a gift from Hugh Taylor Birch to Florida's posterity. His former estate preserves four distinct natural communities, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Visitors can rent a canoe and paddle along a mile-long freshwater lagoon or fish from the seawall. Nature lovers can hike along two short trails and learn about local plants and wildlife while bicyclists and skaters glide along the paved park road. Visitors can access the beach via the pedestrian tunnel under A1A. Picnic areas overlook the channel; pavilions with water and electricity are available for rental. A group/youth campground is available to organized groups. The Terramar Visitor Center features displays regarding the area's natural and cultural history.
