Cleaning/departure fees are paid by the renter.
Cleaning fees are $65 for the studio and $75 for the 1BR Suite paid directly to the hotel.
Valet Parking cost $28 per night pd directly to the hotel.
There is a $75 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. We are not charging this, we are only charging back the fee the hotel charges us to make a reservation and then cancel it. Thanks for your business
