Getting to spend a week in a house right on the beach was amazing! The house was large enough for 4 adults and 3 children to share comfortably. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by from the back porch. Excellent rental for our family!!

There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed staying at this home. Everything was absolutely perfect. Within a half hour of arriving at the home, we spotted dolphins from the back porch. The luxury of walking down the stairs and straight to the beach was incredible. The sunrises were unmatched, and watching the dolphins while observing the sunrise was like a dream come true. The kids and adults alike enjoyed this place and has ranked it as our best stay ever. You won't regret staying here!

Beautiful location
This cottage was in a great location with the ocean at your back door, we spent many hours on back porch, relaxing. Property has many extras like games and pop corn pan, we have already booked for next year, definitely a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

ON the Beach with a Stellar cleaning lady!!
The longer our Family stayed here, the more impressed I was by how clean the house was when we arrived. The house is ON the beach and as we were daily at the beach, we brought it back with us, sand Everywhere! BUT when we arrived there was NO sand anywhere in the house! The first night we arrived there were a few flying bugs circling the kitchen light, but we never saw them again. We were all over the house and had NO bug problems. NONE. At the beach! We were VERY impressed. The front door opens into the 1st bedroom, but since we rarely left via the front door, that wasn't an issue for us. Everything was as described and as pictured. Audie was responsive, professional, and enjoyable. Our vacation was MARVELOUS! The house is ON the beach!! BreakAwayz was AMAZING! Beach Belly Bob's was SO much fun and delicious! We enjoyed the crammed Flagler Beach Historical Museum and we were close enough to St. Augustine for a Day Trip or two (The Alligator Farm is even better than it was!). It's a Wonderful location in an ecologically and community-focused small town. Audie has beach supplies outside and a toy stash inside (which we discovered as we were leaving, because.. The Beach!). We miss the roar of the waves crashing throughout the night and the sunrise beaming through those HUGE windows every morning. The loveliest beach was right in front of our bright yellow beach cottage! The first sandbar is not too far out, the waves varied by day between crashing and smooth. The sea turtles were nesting while we were there and we had just missed the Wright Whales Migration. It was perfect for our family of young kids and the grandparents who came to visit. Thank you for helping this displaced Mermaid reach the sea!!

This beachfront cottage has lots of room for everyone and can accommodate many options for families and guests. Located on the prettiest stretch of Flagler Beach, the large open back porch practically sits on the sand and allows for the illusion of being on the water itself or on a boat. The waves gently caress the shore while providing some of the most relaxing and soothing sights and sounds imaginable. The sand is to die for and is so good for restoring health and wellness to tired feet. Whether you are walking or running on the beach, you will find miles of available beach before you besides the private section behind this awesome cottage. The back porch offers incredible views of the ocean including frequent sightings of dolphins, whales and other beautiful sea birds and similar seaside life. The relaxing rattan couch and loveseat on the porch provide endless comfort while enjoying all the views and activity. There is nothing quite like the feeling of being on this porch at anytime of the day but especially with a fresh cup of morning coffee freshly brewed in your ocean view kitchen. If you prefer to remain in air conditioned space, but still want the ocean view, no problem as the cottage has two dining tables with great views of the ocean and the beach!!! Or...if you really want to test the limits of relaxing enjoyment without the elements...you can huddle down into one of five lazy boy recliners positioned nearby with ocean views as well. The cottage has all the normal modern appliances including an ice-maker and water dispenser.
Disney is only a hop, skip and a jump away. Plus of course, the entire Orlando theme park and family vacation center is available nearby. You can literally avoid traffic in Orlando by sleeping in and than casually load your car by 9:00 am to drive to Disney for their opening time of 10:00 am.
If you love fishing, why not bring your pole and cast away right here on your own private beach. There is plenty of fish to be had while relaxing in a beach chair.
If you like jogging, you can't find a better beach anywhere for that lifestyle. The sand is perfect for running. The sound of the ocean and the awesome breezes make this sport even more fun than ever for those of us who love to run. And...the views are spectacular no matter which direction you choose on the beach.
For the swimming enthusiast, bring plenty of swim suits and suntan lotion as the water is so fun here on this beach.
As for sun tanning...they say the sun is always shining on Flagler Beach!! Grap one of our many towels and sun away your problems and worries.
