The apartment is well kept, clean and up to date. It has a stunning view across the ocean. We were welcomed by Cindy, the manager on site, who is very helpful and friendly. From tennis rackets to beachchairs many extras are provided for. All in all a wonderful stay!

Shoreline
We had originally booked Oasis. HomeAway showed that property available for the week we wanted. But after booking Oasis, the owner called, stating there was a problem with the calendar and offered us the option of staying at Shoreline instead (same location, but not the penthouse we wanted). Although disappointed that we would not be staying at Oasis, we were very pleased with our experience at Shoreline. The property was gated and secure, the grounds clean and well-maintained. Check-in could not have been easier (electronic entry for the door plus being greeted at the unit by one of the guest services staff to explain the many amenities – hence no need to stop by a rental office to check-in beforehand). Shoreline provided most everything you would need for your stay (coffee and filters, dish cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, bath soap, body lotion, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, binoculars, secured wi-fi, plus many other amenities that I haven’t mentioned). We also enjoyed having Amazon Echo with Bose speakers for streaming music while we were inside. The beach, which was clean and uncrowded, was close to the unit and easily accessible via boardwalk over the dunes. The historic district and downtown area were a quaint diversion to the beach, with plenty of opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. There were a number of outstanding restaurants available. We especially enjoyed Espana, Bar-Zin, and Burlingame for dinner. Amelia Tavern and Hola Cuban Café proved to be good choices for lunch. Amelia Island is an excellent golf destination with quite a few courses that are convenient to Shoreline. Guest Services checked in with us a couple of days into our stay to ensure we were happy, and again on the day before check-out to offer a friendly reminder of our responsibilities before leaving. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shoreline and expect we will return. The only constructive feedback I would offer concerns the obvious need to address the calendar issue which arose during booking. I have booked a number of rental properties using HomeAway and have never encountered this problem. Given that scheduling is a core function of the HomeAway service, that the owner is paying for this service, and that such issues stand to negatively impact the customer experience, it would be prudent to escalate this issue to Homeaway. This should not be an issue.

Well equipped and maintained oceanfront
Had a very comfortable 4 night stay in Amelia Island at the Surf and Racquet Club. The ocean view from this condo is fantastic. The condo is nicely decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is very clean. The condo is well equipped with not only necessities but also with anything you need for the beach and tennis. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, well stocked, comfortable.
We were really impressed with this condo as it is in a great spot, really well stocked (the owner did a wonderful job of supplying the unit with just about everything you need from big to small details), and the service provided by the owner/mgt company was responsive and proactive. This was perfect for a relaxing vacation with our family of 4. Highly recommended.

Welcome to Shoreline, our 5th floor, 2 master suite oceanfront condo with panoramic 180 degree ocean views. The ocean views are expansive from the oceanfront king master suite and all the major living spaces including the living room, dining area, kitchen and oceanfront verandah.
Our condo's connection to nature does not stop with the eye candy that the windows and sliding glass doors serve up. In addition, you will experience the soothing sounds of the sea as it washes away the stress of everyday life. You will be refreshed by the coastal breezes that blow your cares away. Even the crisp, oxygen rich scent of the ocean will serve to restore you.
This condo is ideally positioned on the beach to make the most of Amelia's coastline, while still providing a sense of privacy and tranquility. Due to its unique orientation; our condo offers ocean views due east, northeast and southeast all along Amelia's coastline.

Both of the king master suites have their own full bathrooms with a tub and shower. One of the king bedrooms fronts the ocean and has a panoramic view. The other king bedroom faces west and therefore it does not have an ocean view or an oceanfront verandah.
The oceanfront verandah sweeps around from the living room to the oceanfront king bedroom. Therefore one can access the verandah from either the living room or the bedroom. Both king master bedrooms have their own HDTV and there is a 3rd HDTV in the living room.
We also provide all the beach and tennis gear so that you can enjoy the 2 crystal clear pools, ocean and 4 tennis courts. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach matts and towels, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids.
Our condo is also equipped with auto-inflatable Aero beds (air mattresses) and a Pack-n-Play crib for the little ones. The entire condo is easily accessible as it is all on a single level, on the 5th floor of a 7 story building serviced by 2 elevators. It has always been and will continue to be pet free and smoke free so that we can maintain an allergen free environment with the highest standards of cleanliness and health.
The closest airport is Jacksonville, FL which is about a half hour from our resort. Directly in front of our condo is one of the ten best beaches in the nation. The resort’s 2 crystal clear pools are on the seaside of the resort and separated into two pool pavilions. One of the pool complexes is directly below the condo. There are 4 tennis courts at our private resort, rosters for other players seeking partners and an on-site Tennis Pro who provides lessons.
For those of you coming to Amelia for a conference or wedding at the Ritz, consider the benefits of staying at our property instead. Our condo is a pleasant 5 minute walk to the Ritz along a tree canopied, pedestrian only path. Our beachfront condo provides you with all the comforts of home and the convenience of close proximity to the Ritz.
Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen instead of dining out for every meal is a much more relaxed vacation plan. For the best view on the island, simply step out onto your private oceanfront verandah to enjoy that romantic dinner while the moon rises over the Atlantic. Our condo's 2 full bathrooms and 2 generously sized king bedrooms provide everybody with ample space (1200 square feet) to unwind without having to crowd into a single hotel room.
Unlike the Ritz, there are no additional charges for parking, long distance calling and WiFi. Our condo offers not only 2 crystal clear pool complexes, but also 4 tennis courts in a gated resort. The Ritz has no tennis facilities.
Our resort shares the same stretch of Amelia's coastline as the Ritz. When compared to the Ritz, our condo's value proposition is compelling in that it offers the comforts of home, the amenities of a resort, and the convenience of proximity - all at a price point that is less than the Ritz.
Whether it be business or pleasure that brings you to Amelia, Our seaside condo will render you restored. Time at the beach is never long enough, don't risk yours on a disappointing experience by settling for accommodation that is too small or not well maintained.
There are many budget grade condos on Amelia that have obstructed views, no beach gear to enjoy the ocean or bicycles to explore the island. We offer you expansive ocean views, beach gear, tennis racquets and respite from the hectic rhythm of a busy life.
Your payment will include a partially refundable $200 security deposit from which we retain $110 to cover your cleaning fee.
We have more reservation requests than we can accommodate in our 6 Amelia Island oceanfront condos. During periods of peak demand, weekly stays checking in on a Saturday (sometimes Sunday or Friday) get preference over shorter stays.
In addition to Shoreline, we offer three 2 bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront penthouses called: Coastal Haven, Oasis (next to door to Coastal Haven) and Ocean Lullaby (in the neighboring building).
