This was a great place to stay and the weather was perfect. This condo is on the ground floor, making the stay very enjoyable, as we are an older couple and it is nice not to have stairs to climb. We loved the view and easy access to the beach right out the back door. It is also handy to shopping and restaurants. This end of the beach is very quite you almost have the beach all to yourself. Loved our stay and hope to return very soon.

Fantastic location, on the beach, great price!
We stayed in a ground floor unit. It was a very nice condo and it is literally just feet away from the beach. This is one of the better locations that I have stayed in any of my trips to Fernandina/St. Mary's/Jacksonville. If you want to see and hear the ocean from your living room - this is the spot! It was easy to find, easy to get in, very comfortable to stay in and the owner was VERY nice. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for a longer visit the very next chance we get.

Great Weekend Getaway!
We decided to take a last minute trip to the beach for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to do it. The condo was very nice and right on the beach. Our dog and toddler enjoyed it too! Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us. We are already talking about booking for next year.

February, 2015 - Our Great Escape !
Left Michigan 2 days before the 2015 freeze and arrived at Jewell's condo which was clean and right on Beach! Had a very nice month and Jewell & Renee are very caring hosts and everything was very comfortable. Condo is very comfortable and works! Weather was so-so but lots to do and had a great time exploring the area. Condo is well equipt and VERY comfortable and safe for an elderly couple and their dog. Thanks Jewell & Renee, and we might call to take a treasure boat ride with Renee!

Oceanfront, ground floor unit, PET FRIENDLY, with FREE NATIONWIDE PHONE SERVICE, wi-fi, no long stairs to climb. To get into the unit, there are 3/4 steps up to the front porch, then 3/4 steps to front door. There is a large family sized covered deck right out the sliding glass doors, then a large open deck beyond that with a shower, then a short descending walkway right onto the white sandy beaches.
This family sized covered deck with the huge open deck that has built in seating all around is great for the family, children & pets. Ground level with the beach, you'll feel like you are in your very own beach home.
The condo features 2 bedroom, 2 baths, The unit has ceramic tile flooring. Young mothers can sunbathe on the open deck while baby naps just inches away on the covered deck.
WITH NO HIGH BALCONIES TO FALL FROM, this condo is perfect for families, pets and children.
