Welcome to our Coastal Haven penthouse! Coastal Haven features 2 private, oceanfront king master suites with 2 full bathrooms. Each suite also has its own oceanfront verandah that wraps around from the bedrooms to flank the living room on either side.
The ocean views are expansive from both king master suites and all the major living spaces including the living room, dining area, kitchen and oceanfront verandahs. Both master suites have king beds. One of the bathrooms has an oversized walk-in shower big enough for two. The other bathroom has a tub and shower.
This penthouse has been completely remodeled. We even raised the ceiling to celebrate the commanding ocean view. The bathrooms and kitchen all have granite countertops and custom tile.

The oceanfront verandahs sweeps around from the living room to the 2 bedrooms. Therefore one can access the verandahs from either the living room or the bedrooms. Both king master suites have their own HDTV and there is a 3rd HDTV in the living room.
We also provide all the beach and tennis gear so that you can enjoy the 2 crystal clear pools, ocean and 4 tennis courts. Coastal Haven is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach matts and towels, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids.
Our penthouse is also equipped with auto-inflatable Aero beds (air mattresses) and a Pack-n-Play crib for the little ones. The entire penthouse is easily accessible as it is all on a single level, on the top floor of a 7 story building serviced by an elevator. It has always been and will continue to be pet free and smoke free so that we can maintain an allergen free environment with the highest standards of cleanliness and health.
The closest airport is Jacksonville, FL which is about a half hour from our resort. Directly in front of our condo is one of the ten best beaches in the nation. The resort’s 2 crystal clear pools are on the seaside of the resort and separated into two pool pavilions.
One of the pool complexes is directly beneath Coastal Haven. There are 4 tennis courts at our private resort, rosters for other players seeking partners and an on-site Tennis Pro who provides lessons.
For those of you coming to Amelia for a conference or wedding at the Ritz, consider the benefits of staying at Coastal Haven instead. Our penthouse is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Ritz along a tree canopied, pedestrian only path. Coastal Haven provides you with all the comforts of home and the convenience of close proximity to the Ritz.
