I've been renting from Amelia Rental for years.
I owned a condo at Surf & Racquet for a while that you also managed for me. I have always found the staff to be professional and courteous. We loved this condo, however we really prefer a more front facing view of the ocean and beach. Although we had a good view with no obstructions, the buildings blocked part of our view looking up the beach to the north.

The condo was clean and convenient to the beach and the pool area. The property was very nice and family friendly. Just a short drive to everything. This was our first time visiting Amelia Island, and we will be returning!

Very pleasant & professional.
We have vacationed at the Surf and Racquet Club for the past four years. The building is well maintained,nicely landscaped, and the location, directly on South Beach, is ideal. We made reservations for the B-147 condo & it was perfect. The dcor is tasteful, the furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The patio has a table and four bar stools and overlooks the beach and the pool. It is a wonderful retreat. What could be more relaxing & inspiring than to drink one's morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean? When making reservations in the future, we will always request this same condo. B-147 is the absolute best!
