Super Nice and Updated Condo
I visited Destin for a Mothers Day getaway with my daughter, granddaughter and my daughters mother in law. Even though this is a one bedroom, it had plenty of room for all of us with a huge king size bed and comfy bunk beds. The unit is decorated so nice with granite counter tops, tile floors and new furniture. The view from the balcony of the unit is an awesome full ocean view that will take your breath away. But the view from the outside walkway to the unit is just as beautiful. You can see the surrounding area and its so pretty. We missed our elevator several times just gazing at the view. The complex itself is very nice and always clean. Loved having the Tiki bar on the premises. The beach was beautiful and weather cooperated all weekend except for a little rain on our last day. We were some very lucky girls! Two of our favorite restaurants were AJ's and LuLu's. LuLu's is a little off the beaten path but worth the drive if you have a chance.We had such a great time and did not want to leave. Thank you so much for your beautiful condo. By far our favorite condo!
We go to beach every summer and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Chet was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Pelican beach resort is very clean and nice!

This fine Pelican Beach unit has been completely renovated. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a private eighteenth floor balcony where you can sit back and relax over the emerald green waters. This unit offers all the fine elements as well as everything you will need to feel right at home. The living area has upscale tiled floors, a fine sleeper sofa, and a contemporary elegant design throughout. The kitchen offers full size new stainless steel appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There is a nice glass dining table for four as well as three barstools at the granite breakfast bar for plenty of seating. The master suite has a king sized bed, nice quality modern dark wood furniture, designer bedding, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom offers a shower/tub and granite sink. There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall with fine bedding. The second full bathroom is in the hall and offers a granite sink and a glass enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Make this gorgeous unit yours for your next dream beach getaway!
