The moment you pull in to the driveway, “Tre Vista” has that homelike feeling with a 2 car garage and additional parking in the driveway. The house is perfect for a large family or big group who wants to relax, unplug and regroup.
Once inside the coastal decor features gorgeous polished travertine floors and beautiful archways. A huge kitchen that's a gourmet cook’s delight that even Emeril would love with stainless appliances and marble countertops. You take in the million dollar view on the back deck of the gulf and lake aside the pool and hot tub.
You may also visit the 4 million dollar community center Club Destiny in the development. Activities include a seasonally-heated large pool, hot tub, cooking pavilion, huge children’s playground, clubhouse, putting green, exercise room, basketball hoop/tennis courts, and a 25-seat enclosed movie theater where you can watch your own movies!
