The condo was so nice and close to the beach. The color and the view was very beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean and just felt like a family place once you walked in. Definitely loved the stay and hopefully can come back soon. I recommend now all my family

Summer vaca
This condo was super nice. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was very clean. I loved the fact that it had new carpet and furniture. My daughter and I have allergies so we didn't have to worry about it in this condo. The beach is busier than I'm use to but my teenagers loved it. You have to buy your beach chairs if you want any and they are very good at monitoring them making sure someone doesn't use your chairs. We loved the Back Porch which is just steps away. I wasn't sure I would like the walk to the beach but it wasn't far at all, just steps passed the pool. Also, the bathrooms at beach side were great. The wifi was slow but it gave me a reason to put down my phone. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay. Hopefully, we will be back.

Brand New Carpet, Paint, Furniture, Great Views, Beautiful Condo!
You must really see this unit to believe how beautiful it is. Sterling Shores 714 just had an overhaul! This entire condo, TOP TO BOTTOM & all trim work, has been completely repainted. Brand new carpet has been installed in both bedrooms & beautiful new furniture has been put in 85% of the condo.
This amazing property features a large master suite, large master bathroom w/ stand up shower and whirlpool tub and walk-in closet!
Sterling Shores 714 features a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a large closet, flat screen TV & access to a bathroom. Unique windows allow for extra sunlight to shine through also!
Convenience is everything while on vacation, so to make life easy, unit 714 has a washer/dryer located inside the unit!
Enjoy cooking and conversing with the whole gang as the kitchen/dining/living room all have an open concept. This also means you get to enjoy those gorgeous emerald green waters from the kitchen, dining area and living room! AND also from the master bedroom and the extended balcony.
Wanting to really get that resort feel? Sterling Shores is where it’s at!! Choose between two pools (one of which is directly on the beach!!) a lagoon pool which is beautifully landscaped and features a zero entry area and mushroom water fountains (about 4,300 sq. ft.) and the oasis pool is heated and directly on the beach!! The beach side pool has plenty of seating, seasonal snack bar, and cabana with bathrooms.
Sterling Shores also has a designated beach near the beachside pool. Beach vendors are also available for additional fees such as chair rentals, jet skis, etc.
A local’s favorite, The Back Porch, is directly next to your beach meaning you can easily enjoy a cocktail or a quick snack. Their gumbo is excellent too!
Just a few things that Sterling Shores offers you during your stay is high speed internet in your room, private gulf-front beach club including oasis pool, private balconies, 42-seat surround-sound theater, awesome barbecue area right near pool, seasonal beach rental service (fees apply), and a gated entrance.
Sterling Shores is located in downtown Destin. It is very close to many restaurants and shopping and the popular Big Kahuanas water park as well as the The Track!!
