The whole experience was wonderful
Rick and Debbie both are sweeties, and everything was dealt with making reservations/checking in/and just the whole experience wonderful. This was one of the best vacations we have experienced as a family. The house was clean, well equipped, beautifully maintained, and and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. Will definitely be using Easy Street again, and have gushed about this to all of my friends and relatives. Thank you Rick and Debbie

Great Times
his is our second year renting a vacation home from Easy Street. We are made welcome and comfortable from start to departure and after. The home is well furnished and one is relaxed immediately the front door is opened. We are already looking forward to next springs rental experience! Many thanks from all our family members!

They go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. Great location to everything you want to do in the area. Private access to beach, private pool and home furnished with everything you need. Excellent customer service and ease of contract. We will always recommend Rick's properties!!

Great house, at a great price, in a great location! This New England-style home meets Floridian flair. Perfect for large families or groups - it’s a full three bedroom main house with connected two bedroom, with kitchenette, in-law quarters.
This lovely home has a completely updated kitchen (2013), granite counter tops, new appliances, and new cabinets. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, plenty of counter space, lots of light and all the cooking utensils. This well maintained home includes a master suite with king bed and private bath, living room includes a 50 inch HDTV, Wi-Fi. Seating includes couch, love set and recliner chair, large separate dining room and hardwood floors throughout. Very comfortable home away from home!
Outside, relax on the shady wrap-around porch and watch your family’s fun and games in the large fenced yard with private pool and pet area. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk or golf cart ride down the private drive. This home is one of three homes on a private cul-de-sac (Pineapple Cabana, Banana Cabana and Coral Cabana), no through traffic, close to Kenny D’s, Capt Dave’s on the Gulf and The Crab Trap restaurants on Old Scenic 98.

About The Area
Located on Florida's Emerald Coast, Destin is known for its white beaches and emerald green waters. Originating as a small fishing village, it is now a popular tourist destination. According to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, over 80 percent of the Emerald Coast's 4.5 million visitors each year visit Destin. The city styles itself "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village", and claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida.
The city is located on a peninsula separating the Gulf of Mexico from Choctawhatchee Bay. The peninsula was originally a barrier island. Hurricanes and sea level changes gradually connected it to the mainland. In the 1940s, it technically became an island again with the completion of the Choctawhatchee-West Bay Canal.
