Family vacation of a lifetime.
Our family of 5 adults and one 12-year-old loved this condo. It's beautiful and huge. We ate all our meals there and the kitchen was very well equipped. The balcony view is gorgeous and we ate there a lot. The huge sliding doors were a nice touch. The place was very clean and quiet. We couldn't say enough nice hints about our stay here.

Silver Beach Towers #1704e
We are a family of 6. 3 teens and a 10 year old. The unit was very clean and very spacious. Everything was in good working condition. The location was perfect as it was oceanfront. This was our first time to Destin and we will return. We could walk to many things or get in the car and drive a few minutes. The inky thing that would have made it better was if there was a restaurant on site. Realty agency made it very easy and sent us all the information we needed before arrival to prepare us for our stay.

Vacation
I highly recommend this condo. There was so much room. Very clean and comfortable. I spent most of my time on the balcony. Such a great view of the water. I don't normally like staying in a condo especially on the 17th floor but the elevator was really fast. I definitely want to go back.

The living room/dining area & kitchen are all open allowing you to enjoy conversing with everyone while preparing meals or cocktails!
The spacious master suite features a king bed, reading area overlooking the gulf, TV, huge master bathroom w/ soaking tub with window looking out towards gulf, separate stand alone shower, double vanities and separate commode area. The master walk-in closet is like a room itself. Very room and a great place to store your luggage once you’re unpacked!
Two additional bedrooms are located in 1704E, including another master suite! The second guest bedroom also features a king bed and private bathroom. Third bedroom has two twin beds and is directly next to the third full sized bathroom! Both of these guest bedrooms feature mid-air views of the city of Destin and city side balconies.
While you’re resting after a long day at the beach catch up on sports or weather on your flat screen TV, conveniently located in the living room!
Also this building is centrally located between the TRACK, Big Kahunas water park & very close to the popular Fat Daddy’s arcade! Tons of restaurants and shopping are close by too!
