Great place to spend time with your family
The team was great! We had a low tire on the golf cart and I texted to let them know. In less than an hour it was fixed! Property Great place to spend time with your family! The layout of the house was perfect for us. One of my sons and his family stayed in one room, with the King size bed and bunk beds and then my other son and his family stayed in the other room with the queen size bed and bunk beds. This left us with the Master downstairs that had a nice sitting area and a place to relax if needed. Everyone had their own bathroom and it was just a perfect set up.

We Loved this Property!
We Loved This Property! We have been renting houses up and down the coast from Rosemary Beach to Miramar Beach for years, and this is by far our favorite house! We've rented a wide variety of houses in this general price range, but THIS is the the house that our kids have asked us to rent again. It's cozy and lends itself well to the family "hanging out" together. We really enjoyed both pools -- the one at the house and the one across the street -- and we loved the proximity to the beach. Management was super-easy to work with, and they made everything about our stay seamless. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend both this property and this management team!

Neighborhood amenities include volleyball, Olympic-sized community pool (across the street), overflow parking and tennis courts. (RV, boat, trailer, jet ski parking upon approval)

About The Area
Great Vacation Location! Located on Florida's Emerald Coast, Destin is known for its white beaches and emerald green waters. Originating as a small fishing village, it is now a popular tourist destination. According to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, over 80 percent of the Emerald Coast's 4.5 million visitors each year visit Destin. The city styles itself "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village", and claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida.
The city is located on a peninsula separating the Gulf of Mexico from Choctawhatchee Bay. The peninsula was originally a barrier island. Hurricanes and sea level changes gradually connected it to the mainland. In the 1940s, it technically became an island again with the completion of the Choctawhatchee-West Bay Canal.
