Minimum StayBeing on the BEACH was a BIG plus.
We loved our condo and its location. Plenty room for our large party of family and plenty extras provided. Being directly on the beach was a BIG plus for us. We plan on booking again next year.....Thanks to Mrs. Jean for making our trip most enjoyable. Highly recommend this home away from home to all my Friends and Family!

Great Place!
This place is awesome! Our family has been coming to Florida for many years and this townhouse was great, from the location, to the beach area, and the owner Mrs. Jean is wonderful and cares that you are having good time or for any concerns you might have. Plenty of space for our large family and we had from ages 4 months to age 80. There is stairs but you have two living spaces with 2 kitchens. Can't really say enough about this place! You unload right at the door and walk right off the deck to the beach. All levels have decks and you don't need to bring anything for the beach, it has all kinds of chairs, toys, umbrellas and a canopy. Fully stocked kitchens and two washer and dryers to keep up with laundry. The location is great also, very close to shopping and great places to eat. The beach area is not crowded and the water was just beautiful. Watched dolphins every morning from our deck. We have been looking for a place we could return to and we have definitely found it!

Fun and Relaxation at Green Reef in Destin
Unit 16 at Green Reef is an extremely well maintained 3 level condo and is without a doubt the best property my family and I have stayed in when compared to previous trips to Panama City Beach and Gulf Shores. Although a slightly older home, each level was clean and very comfortable. Amenities included washer and dryer on 2 levels, 2 well stocked kitchens ( to include spices in the main kitchen), TV's in every bedroom and hide-a -beds with excellent mattresses. Games and beach equipment were plentiful, and the large deck was a huge asset to the property. We spent most of our time at the beach (

Everything you would need in a beach house
Plenty of room for our entire family. Stepping right off the deck to the beach is something most people in Destin never get to do! Having top of the line beach chairs and all the beach toys you would need are extras you just don't get everywhere. Will be back for sure.

We are directly on the water, you will step off of our deck onto an uncrowded private beach of sugar white sand and crystal clear emerald water of the Gulf.
Your family will love the awesome views of beach, water and sunsets at this spacious (3000 SQUARE FEET) vacation rental on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin. We are in the perfect location, just east of 'Destiny-by-the-Sea' and the Crab Trap. Close to all of Destin's great attractions, shopping and restaurants. This outstanding rental has a queen bed in the master bedroom with a walk in closet and jacuzzi. There is a full bed and a twin in the second bedroom, a queen bed in the third bedroom and a bunk room with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There are also two queen sleeper sofas. There is a high chair, umbrella stroller and small crib. We have two full kitchens, one on the main level and one on the beach level. There is also a second living room with large TV/DVD at beach level off of the Main deck. There is also a second full sized washer and dryer downstairs and separate AC unit. There are three large lighted decks, a large stainless steel Weber gas grill with an extra tank of propane, outdoor shower and tables, lounges and deck chairs for everyone. We also have a separate, private entrance on the side of the house directly to the main deck and the beach, for bringing down beach toys, rafts etc. without having to go through the house.
Each room has a large TV with DVD/VCR, a large flat screen in the main living room. We have WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET, Video game console and a notebook highlighting all the Destin and nearby attractions and restaurants with directions, menus and brochures.
Our townhome is one of the few places that has a view of the beach and water that is completely unobstructed by any railings as shown. You can seat 14 people in the main room or on the deck for a sit down meal.
This is truly the perfect place for your Destin family vacation get together.
