You are only roughly 50 yards from the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters Destin is famous for. If you are looking to swim a bit closer to the house, step into your own private backyard pool.
The home also has a wonderful layout for families that might need to separate a bit, or just for additional private bedding quarters. The home features a poolside guest house with 3 bedrooms, and a full hall bath. The guest house also features its own kitchenette and living area with a sleeper sofa. The main house offers the additional bedding and plenty of open spaces for entertaining. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar are all open so that families can enjoy each other’s company while in different rooms. The rooms have all been beautifully decorated, and the kitchen will be outfitted with updated appliance and elegant granite countertops.
