Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant stayed September 5th-12th, 2015. The house is very accommodating because of it's size and it's wonderful location. Private beach out the back (which comes with a pay for beach chair/ umbrella service) with plenty of people watching too. The house needs some general maintenance upkeep. It had stains on the carpeting and furniture in the main living room (the throw pillows needed replaced also) as well as the master suite. The carpet in the movie room needed to be swept especially under the area rug. We never used the movie room because it is extremely small for a viewing area and only DVD's could be played. The patio for the pool area was much smaller than it looked in the pictures online and was very over grown and needed a major cleanup . The pool is small. but was ample for the size of our family. Now, with all of that said, this really is a wonderful property for the location and the awesome views from the complete back of the home, the windows are massive. Small decks are on every floor with seating. We expected that the upkeep for the price paid would be a bit better, but over all it is a great place to stay! We would come back and stay here again! We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great Location!
Our family of twelve stayed August 29, 2015 - August 5, 2015. The house is very large and in the perfect location. Beach was very private because only the one subdivision can come to it. The house was beautiful but could use a few clean ups like stain on master carpet and a little of the furniture. The outside yard needed the most clean up! There was a lot of brush and over grown plants in a very tiny back yard and the outside furniture could be replaced. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!!
