This condo was excellent for our little family. Our kids, ages 1 and 4, loved the view from the balcony and the bunk beds. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and beverages at night out in the balcony watching the waves! Perfect start and end to some great days! The condo was well stocked with all you need. The elevators moved pretty quick considering the crowds and # of floors in this complex, so getting to the beach was not an issue at all. We do recommend renting the chairs and umbrella, as it's just easy and convienent. The location of this complex is perfect to enjoy all the fun Destin has to offer! We were close to great restaurants, activities for the kids and ice cream! We enjoyed our week get away and plan to be back many years to come!!!

Paradise on the Beach
This unit is extremely well maintained and looks exactly like the photos. Living room and bedroom furniture very nice and new. Comfortable King size bed. Kitchen is equipped with upscale new appliances and cookware. Everything you need for your stay. The view of course is wonderful from the 14th Floor Balcony. Pelican Beach Resort is well maintained with great pool and sundeck. The beach is perfect in front of the resort. Dolphins swim by every morning between 9:00am -10:00am. VRBO has been very good source for us over the years. With research we have never had bad experience. I will say this unit is the best we have ever stayed in and the wow factor was there!

This wonderful unit has been completely renovated. It has the added benefit of being a corner unit with great views of the Gulf from two sides! You will love sitting on your private fourteenth floor balcony for supreme relaxation. This unit offers everything you will need to feel right at home. It has a light and airy coastal theme throughout. The kitchen offers full size stainless steel appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There is a nice glass top dining table with four chairs as well as three bar stools for plenty of seating. The master suite has a king sized bed, designer bedding, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom offers a shower/tub and a granite single vanity. There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall with cozy bedding. The second full bathroom is in the hall and offers a granite countertop sink and a glass enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two flat screen smart TV's in this fine unit. Make this gorgeous unit yours for your next dream beach getaway!
