House Sleeps16Bedrooms4Bathrooms3Minimum Stay2 nightsOur beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 16 guests (with queen sleeper in the living room) plus a pack n’ play crib (optional).
The beach is literally steps away from our house. We are the 3rd house from the beach so it’s not even 1min walk to Pompano public beach access.

We have a beautiful private pool (can be heated in the winter with a fee) in our large fenced yard for those times you need a break from the beach. Chaise Lounges, double hammock, pool floats and a 5 burner gas grill for great cookouts are also provided.
Upstairs Kitchen is fully loaded to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating.
A large florida room with a kitchen and a bathroom watching over the pool so you don't even have to go into the house for refreshments or a quick break.
55” HD TV and sound system in the living room and Smart HD TV’s in the other rooms with many HD cable channels including Sports, Kids, HBO and a fully paid Netflix account (we are serious!)
Ready to play? PlayStation 3 with two controllers, two move controllers, mics, camera and games available for your enjoyment. Don't forget to pack your favorite games and blue-rays for some downtime at the house.

1 Bunk room with 2 Full Over Full bunk beds downstairs (sleeps 8)
1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as an extra bed
A pack and play for your tote is also available.

2 Large bathroom has a soaking tub and 1 bathroom has a walk in shower.
Also available:
High Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the pool.
Smart HD TVs in all king rooms with cables and all you can watch Netflix.

Beach chairs, beach cart and some beach toys.
Front Deck:
Beautiful huge deck going out from the living room with swing and rocking chairs and dining table. Second top deck with ocean view.
We love the beach and we love to host so we bought a beach house in our favorite location and decided to rent it for others to enjoy it while we're not there. We put our hearts into this house to make it beautiful comfortable and fun for every group any time of the year. We are sure you, your family, and friends (even those 4 legged ones) will have a perfect beach vacation.
